About this property
Spacious villa with amazing sea views . 150 meters from the beach
Please note take note that we only accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday.
This house is located in the beautiful Siesta mountain, and is just 150 metres away from the beach.
The large and mature gardens and the spectacular sea views provide the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The classical majorcan furniture and decoration has been very well maintained . The bathrooms have been refurbished in 2003 and the kitchen in 2008.
In the front of the house there is an important roundabout which provides parking space for many cars. The house has two main entrances, and benefits from a front and rear garden. From the living room there is access to an inviting terrace with table and chairs, ideal to enjoy the warm summer evenings. Outside there is a kidney shaped swimming pool (8,5 x 4m)with a ladder, and plenty of room for sunbathing.
Ibiza Island:: This island is one of the most beautiful and least spoilt in all Mediterranean and known as the 'Isla Blanca' which means 'White Island'. Certainly, the nightlife is there if you want it, but it should also be noted that Ibiza also offers glorious beaches, turquoise waters, fine cuisine and superb accommodation. Even if you come here at the height of the club season, you need only venture a few miles inland or along the coast to discover tranquil, unspoilt countryside and secluded coves and beaches where the pace of life continues as it has for centuries, blissfully unaware of the hurly burly elsewhere. Ibiza is small in size but large in atmosphere.
Ibiza Town:: Ibiza Town really is the most fascinating part of the island, day or night. Here you will see, in glorious living colour, a concentration of all the attractions and eccentricities which have made Ibiza world famous. You can stroll through the windy lanes of the Port area, soaking up the vibrant, evening atmosphere; wander up through the cobbled streets of the Old Town to admire the stunning views across the bay; browse through the many and varied stalls and designer shops; dine in an excellent choice of restaurants, for a moment of blissful calm amidst the action, you can even catch a ferry to Formentera or the neighbouring beaches. No matter what your age, nationality, interest or sex, the fairytale architecture of D'Alt Vila, Europe's most ancient fortress city, perched high on the summit, will captivate you.
Santa Eualia:: This is a lovely family resort and the local authorities and business community have worked together and invested lavishly to maintain its attractions to a more selective visitor and it is now much sought after by those desiring a quieter holiday and is a firm favourite for families. A good example of this investment is the splendid seafront Promenade, reclaimed from the sea, which spans the length of the wide, curved beach, adorned with palm trees, miniature gardens and a large fountain. Facing the sea, walk along to the extreme right, till you can go no further to Mariners beach, where the river enters the sea in a confluence of blues. From here you can take a pretty, peaceful river edge walk and meander up to the Roman bridge which is now being carefully restored. Midway, a footbridge spanning the river gives onto another pretty paved walkway leading to the little beach of Calo de S'Alga at Siesta with it's small-village atmosphere.
