Vacation home was in a great location. All amenities. Only complaint was pool was being cooled the first few days and Temp was 65 degrees. Too cold for any of us to swim.

Great home in perfect location!
We could not have been more pleased with this house. The space worked out perfectly for every family member. Very clean and nicely decorated home. The beds were comfortable. Enough cookware. It was super convenient to Universal and Disney. There's a Walmart nearby for provisions. Only few minutes walk to resort pool. Kinds enjoyed the water park and sliders there. We would stay here again for sure if we visit Orlando again.

Clean, convenient, renovated home!
We've done a lot of rental homes and Windsor Hills is the best for family with kids near Disneyworld. Windsor Hills has a fantastic water park and pool free to guests. Gated community provides extra security. You are about 12 minutes to the front gates of Disneyworld from this home. And this specific home is the cleanest one we've ever rented (and we have had some good ones before). It also is evident that it was remodeled just a short time ago, 2018 I think. The home's interior was very nice, kids with us especially loved the pool. Nice, new kitchen appliances, easy to communicate with owners and management team, fairly new flat screen TVs throughout provided excellent quality pictures. Handsdown I would rent this again.

Badly in need of repair
Good location - that’s the only positive. Broken and inoperable is the norm. Ripped upholstery. Stained sheets. Stained towels. Broken light switches. No operable pool lights. No lights working in game room. Holes in the wall everywhere. Stained carpet. Missing towels. 4 days later, management company never brought them.

Very Nice 6 bedroom house staged like it was for sell, but not relaxing, and comfortable.
Definitely NOT a "Brand New house" as stated in the listing!
The house was huge plenty enough room for guest, however the beds were too hard, the couch isn't comfortable to sit on and watch a movie, looks good just not comfortable and had cuts in the material. Loved the colors in the rooms, our kids loved the Star Wars and Harry Potter rooms! Upon exploring the pool area we noticed that the pool was filthy and had weeds growing in the pavers. The house is dated in some areas and looks like it has been "updated" in others.
Be aware of "Hidden” International charges on your bank card that are NOT shown or stated anywhere for this property. There is a property management company that takes care of this house NOT the owner. They have high reviews, but we were not shown the best customer service.

It was hard to find the door to this home as the bushes and tree near the door were overgrown. Overall the house was very disappointing and I truly believe that the advertisement on VRBO should be reported as false advertisement. Starting in the living room:*The couch in the picture is not the actual couch that it is in the house. The couch in the house is tan and upon further investigation the couch is broken. There were several wood blocks underneath the couch. NO adults in our party could sit on the couch because of its condition. We asked for it to be fixed. It took 3 days for the repair man to be sent to our house for him to determine it could not be fixed. Therefor we had no couch our entire stay. Nothing like walking all day at the amusement park to come "home" to nowhere comfortable to sit.*The themed bedrooms were another disappointment. The bedding was plain white which took away from the overall feel of the themed bedrooms. This is something I had specifically looked for and was very disappointed in.*The upstairs bathroom was very ran down and was not themed as shown in the pictures on VRBO.*There were no lights in the pool that worked at night making it very hard to swim in the evening.*The game room is a HUGE JOKE- everything is broken or missing pieces- old broken appliances are also stored in their- not to mention it is not cooled.*Last we asked for the thermostat to me turned down and it was never resolved. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Awful experience
We landed on the Tuesday and had paid for pool heating. 11 of us all together including 4 children. The pool lights never worked from the off and after numerous calls emails which were ignored or passed on it was never solved. So when they advertise a pool area for after long days in the park we couldn’t use it as we had no lighting. The jacuzzi was empty the whole two weeks. 2 glasses for 11 people and was told we needed to buy our own. The pool was cleaned twice in 2 weeks and that’s only because I phoned to complain. I then got a phone bill of over 200 pound for phoning the management company to sort the issues out but got no where, alls they ever said was your priority. We was not. They also advertise 6 chairs and 3 sunloungers. No there was 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers. It left such a bitter taste in our mouths on what should have been the holiday of a lifetime. Explains to kids that they can’t use the pool as it’s either dirty or the lights don’t work which is highly dangerous for anyone at night time.

be prepared for some challenges
The reviews for this property are mixed and I feel that is where I need to start. I used the contact through VRBO to gain some reassurance prior to our holiday. I was reassured that every issue previously raised had been addressed and I would be able to contact someone in Orlando should there be any issues when we arrived.
The location is brilliant, and the area is safe, quiet and perfect for the parks. The property is tired but all it needs is a little TLC to make it look amazing. Some care and attention with décor and equipment is all it would take. The linen for all rooms was clean, there were plenty of towels and the equipment in the kitchen worked.
However, on arrival we noticed the pool wasn’t working and it was cloudy, the remote for the main television didn’t work and a fire alarm was going off randomly throughout the night, I contacted the property manager immediately, by phone. As it was the weekend, I left a message but got no response. Finally, I called the vacation office customer service. Giving them all the details, we hoped this would be fixed.
To cut a long story short, it took 23 emails and 16 phone call to get the pool working for the final week of our three-week vacation. The customer service people were polite, apologetic and always with good intent, but I feel there was no ownership to get things fixed and they were let down by their people who should be on the ground sorting it out.
I contacted them for a late check out due to change of flight and was kindly given complementary late check due to the problems we had experienced. That was very much appreciated. However, during this time, the air-conditioning stopped working and I needed to send another email to inform them before the next people arrived. I hope they did.
We didn’t experience repeat of issues raised by others, however my advice is to go straight to the vacation company if you have issues and be prepared to be persistent.

Poorly maintained
All the beds had yellow stains, one room even had brown stains on side of box springs… had to contact for house keeping to come and replace all beddings. Fridge filter needed to be replaced when I spoke with property manager she said they would bring a replacement but needed picture of the fridge model number and then never sent anyone with a new filter. The living room remote was broken and only worked half the time. Pool was very dirty, and green algae was at bottom of pool… There were no chemicals in the pool, the filter system wasn’t working when we got there. When I contacted property manager they notified me that the pool company couldn’t come over til the following Monday because they are not open on the weekends. They have all these stricter rules for the trash and house yet the house was very very dirty and a lot of broken stuff. Had to take pictures of everything just so I wouldn’t be blamed for any damages. One of the rooms tv remotes was not working contacted property manager and they sent two different people over with new remotes and still never got it working so my grandparents couldn’t watch tv in their room the whole stay. The back sliding door would not lock when we got the the door latch was bent like someone tried prying their way in… very very unhappy with the house especially for how much they charged! They even charged a $300 cleaning fee but yet they still wanted the dishes all cleaned the trash all throw away or they would charge a $500 fee if there was any trash left and only one trash bag would fit in the container outside for the trash pickup… and then on top of that no one pucked up the trash the last two days so we were overwhelmed with trash and had to find a place to dispose of myself so I would not get charged a $500 fee for TRASH! Very horrible place and would not stay with them again

Property was ok but not worth the price
Had multiple conversations with nova who are the responsible parties before we started our stay on concerns of recent reviews. I was assured that changes were made to resolve issues identified. Some were resolved others not at all.
Cleaner was there when I checked In at 4 and allowed me to review the property and identify cleaning concerns. Floor was filthy and I asked for her to ensure this was cleaned. Other items we noticed were nothing she could do. When we returned the floor had been cleaned and disinfected but still needed a deep clean. This is something that she could not do but requires management company to resolve.
Tried contacting the number we were given to resolve problems but person hung up and never called back. Numerous attempts were tried to contact but no response. Email was then sent to management company with following issues. Most were resolved the next day.
1) garbage disposal did not work. This was resolved the next afternoon.
2) Hot water did not go above like warm temp. This was resolved the next day
3) Master bed on first floor was broke and held up with 2x4 boards. Bed slopes badly to the left. This was fixed by adding more 2x4,s.
4) Lights out in multiple bed rooms. This resolved next day
5) Pool patio roof had a large section missing and squirrels were in the patio area and pool. This never resolved.
6) air hockey game had no paddles to hit the puck. Never resolved.
7) pool queue tips were missing. Never resolved.
8) cock roaches were in playroom since we moved in. This does not look like it was cleaned.
9) dryer does not dry unless you run the same clothes multiple times and then they were still damp.
This property is not worth the amount of money I paid to stay there. The house needs work. Holes in wall, paint missing, furniture ripped and uncomfortable and a deep cleaning and maintenance needs to occur. Numerous light sockets were broken and very hazardous.
I have stayed in same type of properties in Windsor hills for half the price with condition of house much better.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN OR HEALTH PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!! The pool & spa lights were broken for over half of our stay (a SERIOUS safety concern considering we have young children). Host kept claiming maintenance was coming *FOR 4 DAYS*. Maintenance finally arrived on day 4, after I repeatedly contacted host and reached out to VRBO multiple times also (but worker didnt fix them). Maintenance finally came back out on the 5th day and fixed them, however, the wall switches still weren't working so the lights remained on for the rest of our stay (probably why they burnt out to begin with). And while it was warm in the house for most of our stay, as soon as we ran the dryer for the first time on the 4th day of our stay, we found out that the vents were blocked or clogged, so the ac stopped working and the dryer air was backing up into the house. It was completely unbearable and 5/7 of the people in our party ended up sick. The temp was between 86 and over 100 inside for 75% of our stay. Despite reporting the problem repeatedly, maintenance didnt fix it until 2 nights before we left (at around 10pm), so we had working ac for approximately 36 hours of our entire 8 night/9 day stay. The hosts were semi-responsive but offered no resolution unless they were pressured by VRBO. Absolutely disgusted.

Good place to stay for larger families
Grandchildren loved having the private pool and game facilities. We had limited time at the home, but enjoyed having it in a secure neighborhood and convenience to nearby attractions. It seems the starter supplies were a bit scarce, though. Simple things like a couple extra trash sacks, a couple extra rolls of TP, paper towels, and a couple bars of soap go a long way on remembering the experience. I hope someone got to enjoy all the left over supplies we had to go buy, to last us for the duration of our 3-day stay. The place could use a few minor maintenance issues taken care of, also.

Great location for Disney
Great location for Disney, We always rent in this neighborhood. The check in process was a little crazy because we did not realize so much was going to be needed at the front gate so we did not have all of our ducks in a row, I would really recommend to make sure you have that for the check in. Confirmation emails are great but if you’re using it to go to your work email, I would not recommend to make the same mistake as I did.
Apparently I was registered but my other guess because they were in a separate vehicle I did not have them pre-registered so it took us about an hour to get in through the gate. Heads up for anyone that might be bringing family but paying for the expense.

Looks can be deceiving.
After we booked this property we read some recent reviews that were negative. We then contacted the property management looking to get out of our rental agreement. At that time we were told that the house was under new management and that they had a new cleaner. So we took their word for it and went ahead with our trip.
So if you look at the online pictures the house looks new, clean and has ample accessories in it. The pictures on the internet were the best part of the house.
1. When you pull into the driveway the first thing you notice is the garbage all over the lawn and sidewalk.
2. Upon entering the house their were numerous dead bugs and a moldy stench.
3. All the carpets in the house needed to be replaced. They were very dirty and damp in the master bedroom.
4. All the linens in the house needed to be cleaned. We spent the whole first day cleaning and washing the house.
5. Everything in the garage game room was either broken or missing pieces so nothing could be played. Also broken furniture from inside the house was stored in the play area.
6. In the pictures it shows a PlayStation and a DVD player in the living room. There was no PlayStation just controllers and the dvd wasn’t hooked up and had no remote control to work it. Also no basic cable for large tv.
7. Numerous rooms had lights that didn’t work and broken furniture. The couch in the living room had at least a dozen tears in it as well as the kitchen chairs.
8. The pool area had broken chairs outside the screened area and the screen doors were broken. The pool was always cold because we had to put water in the pool almost everyday. The pool also wasn’t very clean and full of dead frogs.
We are writing such a long and tedious review of this property because we feel that this property is just a money grab and falsely advertised by its pictures and presentation online. This house is in need of a full renovation.
Don’t be fooled as we were.

Overall our stay was ok! The gate for the pool wasn't in the greatest shape and our child got through it. There was a huge hole in the screen that let's tons of bugs in. The hot tub didn't work for the first 4 days... luckily a service came to clean it and fixed by coincidence. We had called the property management and go no response for days. There were only 6 towels in the whole 6 bedroom house which was extremely inconvenient everytime we had to shower then wash before the rest of the family could shower. The back door doesn't lock but hey at least we were in a gated community. Also the game room air hockey table was out of order. The chairs in the game room were broken which was extremely annoying when you have small children trying to sit on them! We had a great time. The house was good for what we needed. Just wish for the price they took a little better care of it!

DIRTY UNKEPT PROPERTY
Upon arrival AFTER check on time, cleaning lady was still there. House was at the very least only Spot cleaned. We found used mask hanging in our room from previous guest, Broken Hand railing up stairs, holes in walls, Trash outside front door entry covered in sticky goo causing flies and bees, trash in yard, bushes ect. Dirty linens,Bath tubs drains were clogged and drained super slow, garbage disposal was stopped up causing it to back up into Dish washer and sinks with old food. BLOODY TAMPON and Poop and debris in swimming pool (Tuesday checkin) pool cleaner didn’t come until Thursday only to add water but no chemicals!! Very very Unprofessional and unsanitary! I was in contact with property management team/call service 30mims after check in thru day before check out when they stopped responding. They claim to be discussing with Owner some form of a refund due to conditions of home and not being able to change us to another rental! Save yourself the stress, headache and disgust!!! DO NOT BOOK! Home needs a deep deep cleaning and repairs!! Neighbors fist fought night before check out! Mind blown! Never stayed in such an unkept, dirty, unprofessional Vacation rental EVER!! Property management team / owner doesn’t not care about about guest and are not very helpful in concerns!

Not the cleanest, terrible customer service
We did not start off with a welcoming experience. Upon arrival, there was a bird flying around inside the house, poop on the floor, stairs, as well as on one of the beds. The pool was dirty. I called the property manager and was told the housekeeping staff was “closed for the day” and they will be out in the morning so I was advised to clean it up myself and capture the bird otherwise I guess it was just suppose to stay in the house with us. This was very upsetting after driving 10 hours with an infant and then being told you need to clean up before getting some rest. The pool was full of debris such as confetti, toys and trash. The floors in the house were pretty dirty aside from the bird feces and there were a few bugs in the house when we arrived.
The next morning by 11am no one had been by to address the bird, or the housekeeping issue. I called 3 more times and kept being told someone would come by. At this point we wanted to enjoy the pool so we had to clean it ourselves. There had been some sort of party at the house with the previous guest bc confetti was all in the pool, tape on the walls, and we also found a leftover marijuana blunt. By 4pm someone FINALLY came by to address the pest control and the pool which we had already taken care of ourselves.
The back door lock is broken so we stayed there without locking the back door the entire trip.
-The safety gate around the pool was broken, so we had to block it off with chairs for my sons safety..
I sent several messages and pictures to the owner and was told they were “sorry and would send someone to check things out.”
We really did enjoy our stay but were disappointed in the cleanliness and lack of customer service.

11 Day Family Vacation Rental
Overall we were quite happy with this home away from home. Spacious with ample sleeping facilities. While the home is older and well used it was reasonably clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.. glad we choose the heated option. Games room in garage a nice touch for kids. Use of the public club house and larger pool facility was a positive feature. Bring your own everything as minimal basic items like toilet tissues & garbage bags were provided - no sugar or salt & pepper (unlike other homes we have rented - we left supplies for the next guests). Saying this, the kitchen dishes and cooking tools met our basic needs and most things were in working order. Nice large TV in main area was enjoyable. Internet worked well.. a welcome touch. Rented barbecue needed to be outside of the screened pool area which we assume may have been to do with insurance. Home needs a level spot to put the barbecue when cooking for safety - something similar to what we noticed on neighboring homes. Overall we would recommend this rental home as we enjoyed our stay given the overall features offered. Some small improvements as noted along with some replacement of missing cookware and glasses would make a noticeable difference.

Lots of space and everyone had there own bathroom
Only a couple of very minor issues.
I think the lounge sofa seating in the lounge was not large enough and the block paving around pool area could do with weed treatment

Please know that we have never heard of any comments about our sofa sizes from our previous guests. Our sofas are large sectionals and that most guests find it very spacious however everyone's preference is different. Please know that our houses are maintained by a professional company that follows a very strict standard, and we have contacted our property manager to come and inspect the pool area and make arrangements if necessary, but please remember you could always contact us about this or anything else even during your stay! The property was everything as pictured, only thing is I paid for Heated pool an it never got warm and also I called 3 times for the pool light to be fix an that was never taken care of. That was a waste of money.
