Wonderful stay in Grandby. Property had 4 hot tubs, pool and a sauna. It was great to sit on the balcony after a day of activities. Place was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Would stay here again.

Lovely Time With Family - Great Pool

We had a great weekend up in Granby at this condo. The pool and hot tubs were a hit with my 6 and 3 year old and they LOVED the arcade. Would absolutely stay again.

quick visit to Granby

place was comfortable, clean and conveniently located. the whole facility is a little dated but it appears to be an old property that is maintained.

The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The place was clean. Couple issues were we could not use the shower in one of the bathrooms because of a plumbing problem and we always ran out of hot water. It was an inconvenience and a little upsetting since we paid for 2 bathrooms. Also the tvs in the bedrooms didn’t work until the next day. Which Jared the maintenance man was very nice and prompt in trying to fix the problem. Not that we came to watch tv, but my daughter had altitude sickness and would have watched tv while laying down.

Granby stay

The wash machines and dryers were out excpect for one at the resort. The condo itself was nice but the whole resort was very outdated and had no ac. Our room had a portable unit that didnt keep up. Pictures look way better then it really is. Its too bad the view was great and location was awsome.

Four nights of Murphy bed nightmares

My husband and are 65 and 68 year olds. We attended a wedding in Granby, Co. Our unit had a queen sized murphy bed in a loft and a twin bed/trundle attached to the loft. There was NO bathroom upstairs so that if we got up at night, we had to navigate a spiral staircase to get to the restroom. Also, if one of us wanted to stay up later than the other and watch TV, there was no escaping the sound for the other person due to the open loft! Further, the linens were made of some type of synthetic, manmade fiber which was very uncomfortable to sleep on and hot. The owner locked the master bedroom downstairs. Honestly, if he does not want to provide a comfortable bed to sleep in, he should take his unit off the market. The mattress on the murphy bed in the loft was worn out, so that we had to hug the edges of the bed to keep from rolling to the center of the bed! We would never have rented the unit if we had known that the master bedroom was not available to us! And that we had to sleep in a loft with no restroom. On a positive note, the kitchen was fully furnished. And the Bathrooms downstairs were spacious and well supplied.

Great unit, odd resort

The unit itself was great. Just as listed. There was actually an extra pull out coach that I didn’t think was listed. All six of us had a bed to sleep in which is pretty awesome for the price. The resort looks like it is past it’s prime. We weren’t there for the resort, so we enjoyed the extras. Indoor/outdoor heated pool, hot tubs and workout area. There is a tattoo parlor, barber shop and masseuse which seemed odd, but fun to walk by. I would imagine someone may invest in updating the resort and this location would be amazing again. There used to be a ski rental shop there which would have been awesome, but it looked long deserted. I would stay there again.

Fantastic!

Everything about this property was amazing! t was well stocked with everything we would need, very clean, the location was great, the staff of the resort were VERY friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere as a whole was wonderful! Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to others as well.

Great view!

This was a great location with a beautiful view of the mountains! There was a grocery store, Starbucks, McDonalds and a subway across the street. It was close to Winter Park and Fraser so short drives yo snow activities.

Great space to getaway

The property was perfect for our family. The boys loved the loft space. It was nice to have a bathroom for them and one for me also. We had everything we needed! We enjoyed our stay!

Best Resort near Denver!!!!

Just got back from our Colorado vacation!! This resort was AMAZING! Not only were there heated pools & hot tubs, but also other amenities (gym, laundry room etc.). There was a hill right next to the resort that was AWESOME to sled on, my kids loved it! If you have small children, you must go to "Hideaway Park", there is a perfect size snow hill with a bunch of free tubes and sleds. The resort balcony looked over a bunch of cabins, the sun peaked over the mountains every morning -- I cant explain enough how PERFECT this location was. A check off of everything on my list, The Inn at Silvercreek was amazing!

Covid-19

I would like to start with the location of the place was great! The condo was nice and looked like the pictures ! We had this trip scheduled for several months prior to the visit . Covid-19 started to develop around the time of the stay. I called before the 14 hour drive to make sure everything was up and running (which at the time it was and no plans to change per them). I understand things were changing daily. We decided to go but after two days of stay all the amenities shut down along with all places to eat ( curb side only) : We contacted the renters and stated we needed to check out but would be happy forfeit the cleaning fee and the nights stayed and would like to be reimbursed for the rest of the stay since we planned on a week stay. They declined since we check in already ! Super frustrating since we pickEd a place that we could do things still knowing the ski places might shut down. We understood that, but there should’ve been a compromise but none was given ... basically sorry nothing we can do! The TVs in bedroom doesn’t work properly and when in quarantine there is nothing else to do. I feel it’s poor business and jeopardize us for our way home since stores/ gas stations where limiting hours etc. I feel very disappointed in the renters.

Overall good experience

Condo was as expected but we could not get heat turned down. The main floor bedroom and loft were too warm for us, thermostat didnt seem to work? We preheated oven for a pizza which smoked up the unit, had to open doors to air out. If we were out till 930pm it was nearly impossible to find a parking spot. We appreciated coffee was provided but the Mr Coffee took 30 min to brew a full pot of coffee. The winding staircase got old fast, especially with tiny baby. Overall though, condo worked for us.

Second time around

This was the second time we stayed in this condo. We love the space and how well it was supplied with all of our families needs especially in the kitchen. It is well kept and updated with nice appliances and upgraded beds and towels. The owner was very helpful and kind to help us accommodate our needs. We hope to return soon!

Peaceful place

Great Stay

We loved the condo so much room for our family of 3, all the amenities were wonderful. We love staying in Granby and skiing at Granby Ski Resort so much more affordable than the bigger resorts. The Silvercreek lodge is dated, but still nice we love all the hot tubs and the indoor/outdoor pool, feels good after a full day of skiing. The new restaurant inside was really good also. Only complaint is the condo was hot, the heat wasn’t even on when we arrived and it was like 85 degrees inside, the thermostat might need adjusted. Other than that we would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

The condo had everything we needed for our family. It was very warm and cozy. I hope we can come back some day. The silvercreek inn had so many fun things for the kids too!! Highly recommended staying here.

Very enjoyable stay

Comfortable, well kept condo. Well stocked and had everything we needed (except a corkscrew, which we were able to borrow from the front desk). Ample parking, close to RMNP and Grand Lake. Helpful front desk staff and owner was responsive and easy to work with.
