A perfect home base for year-round Colorado adventures awaits! This all-suite 2BR/2BA condo offers convenient access to Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Winter Park. Fun-filled days are spent skiing, mountain biking, and boating.

Nestled in a four-season resort, your condo is part of the recently developed Reserve at Ten Mile Creek at Ski Granby Ranch. Enjoy ski and bike trails, an 18-hole golf course, and fishing. Fantastic community amenities include a pool, hot tubs, and a gym.

At home, high ceilings and hardwood floors create a warm vibe throughout your modern-chic retreat. Kick back on your private covered patio and take in sweeping views of the serene surroundings.

LIVING AREA
A sofa and armchair offer seating around the gas fireplace in the living area. Get cozy and stream a film on the smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and a full suite of appliances. Handy extras include a toaster, coffee maker, and blender. When you're ready to eat, gather at the dining table set for four.

BED & BATH
This well-appointed condo sleeps six guests in two suites. Comfort awaits in the primary suite, which features a king bed and smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower (which can also be accessed via the foyer). In the second suite, find a full-over-full bunk bed, direct patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The private furnished patio offers beautiful views of the rolling hills and the nearby bike trails. As evening falls, gather around the shared wood-burning firepit, enjoying the evening vistas or take a dip in the community hot tubs.

Additional amenities in the Granby Ranch community include a pool, hot tub, and gym -- which can all be accessed for a daily fee of $10/per person.

Great Place that is very convenient!

Granby ski weekend

The condo was very spacious for my son and I, and would have slept 4 comfortably. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and everything worked great. The location for skiing Winter Park and Steamboat was really good (25 minutes and 90 minutes).

Great value!

Location is great as it is about 2 miles from base camp at Granby and close to grocery store. Loved the layout as it worked great for our family. Nice touch of including dog bed and bowls. Could use a deep clean of fans, baseboards and doors. I would stay here again.

Great place!

Very comfortable and close proximity to Granby Ranch. Loved that we were able to bring our two small dogs. Very clean and had everything we needed. One suggestion is to add a map to where the hot tub is located. A bit of a walk and the lighting around it wasn’t great, so it was hard to find in the dark.

The place, location was great with only one downfall was that the comforter in master bedroom not clean. Had stains, hair can tell not been washed.

Beautiful location! Would stay again!

Loved everything about this property! Was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Very clean. Close proximity to grocery store and gas station plus a McDonald’s right across the street if you don’t feel like cooking! We had a little mix up on the check in code they sent us but a quick phone call to their office cleared everything up right away. Very impressed with their customer service. Would love to come stay again soon!

Nice Mountain Retreat

This property had everything we needed. The inside was exceptionally clean but since we really love sitting outside and enjoying the view, we wished the outside was cleaner. Looked like it was not a priority for the owner but it was the only downfall of the stay.

Review

Had a difficult time finding it. The address is H103 if I remember correctly but the problem was the building was not labeled H so didn't know what building to go to. Other than that the place was exceptional. Very nice.

PERFECT! Especially when traveling with dogs!

We were thrilled to see the dog bowl station when we first walked in! How lovely and welcoming that was for us and our two dogs!! One less thing to worry about. Wonderful layout- and very clean! Nice quiet area, VERY dog friendly, (Pet bed on the outside patio area! so cool!) We didn't want to leave! Everything as described! and it was warm during our stay- so we appreciated that this unit had AC!! If you travel with your dogs, this place is a wonderful choice!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Great place, Great price.

Incredible view off back porch, especially in the mornings with a cup of coffee. Close to everything. Food and drinks at the Granby Ranch ski area and bike park restaurant were fantastic.
