About this property

Hi there. My wife and I are putting our beautiful home at your disposition. It is conveniently located 5 minutes driving from National Taiwan University and Gongguan night market and about 10 minutes driving to the tallest building in Taiwan-Taipei 101. Bus stops located right in front of our building and metro station only 7 minutes away by walk. 7-11, supermarkets, coffee shops and local restaurants right by the building within few minutes walking. Also a U-Bike station 1 minute away if you prefer to rent a bike and explore the surroundings. A place for jogging right by the river in front of our property will make your stay healthier and more enjoyable. Our building is part of a very quiet community with friendly senior neighbors which enjoy a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect place if you are looking a quiet place to relax.
After getting informed about all the local laws my wife and I learned that Taiwan's law stated that we can only offer 30 days rental minimum with a short rental contract to be signed by both parties, after signing the contract you're good to go and enjoy our peaceful and well located home. We'll be pleased to answer any possible question you might have. Thank you and enjoy your stay :)
