Denne smukke ø bungalow er den afslappende strandferie sommerhus du har været på udkig efter! Med sine 2 luksuriøse soveværelser, 2 komplette badeværelser og helt ny dronning hukommelse skum sovesofa, kan du komfortabelt sove 6. Den åbne grundplan og 15ft. lofter gør dette lille hus føler sig stort, lyst og luftigt. Den polynesiske flair (herunder en 400 lb solid mahogni Tiki Head!) musikalske påvirkninger og island stil møbler (soveværelse king size bambus hula seng!) og udendørs dæk Hot Tub fuldføre denne seje, komfortable tilbagetog. Dette hjem blev bygget med de fineste materialer, herunder travertin flise og tumbled marmor hele vejen igennem.

Beliggende kun en kort afstand til stranden (2 minutter med golfvogn .. inkluderet i lejen!) Dette er det perfekte sted for smukke solnedgange og en stille, komme væk fra det hele, skive af øen liv.

The Rockstar was just perfect for us. We spent much of our time on the boat and the dock was a great asset. The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need and more. A wonderful get away for just us two

Host made the ferry only access location a very easy process. Comprehensive welcome emails, golf cart waiting at ferry drop off, house had all basic amenities needed. Island has limited shopping/restaurants so grocery shop before getting on the ferry. The only jobs we had left to do was alternate between counting manatees and dolphins.

Our stay at the Rockstar House on North Captiva Island was nothing short of perfect. The home was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the hot tub was such a treat after a day at the beach.The golf cart provided was a huge plus—absolutely essential for getting around the island with ease, especially with kids in tow. The location made it easy to explore, while still feeling peaceful and tucked away.What truly made this stay stand out was the host, Steve. He was an absolute gem..friendly, detailed, responsive, and patient beyond measure. I must’ve asked him questions for over a year before we arrived, and he answered every one of them kindly and thoroughly.I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay here again with my family. It was a true island escape and one of our favorite vacations yet!

This was the most wonderful home for our vacation! The house had character and was cozy. And it was so incredibly clean and organized. The amenities offered were perfect. We cooked 6/8 days we were there and had everything we needed PLUS all of the veach accessories. I highly recommend a boat tour with Steve as well. He taught our 6 yr old daughter all about the different shells and of course entertained us parents. We will for sure be staying again.

Perfect stay at Rockstar house. I have stayed a several other houses on North Cap and camped there many times.Rockstar House is exactly what I was looking for, I gave 5 stars for everything.

Rock Star North Captiva

Very secluded and quiet beaches. The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We did not stay inside too much as we explored the island a lot.

Perfect stay, would stay again!

Rockstar and North Captiva are wonderful. The place was great. Clean and spacious with everything you need for vacation.The island itself is very relaxing. No pavement anywhere. Keep in mind that there’s not much to do, but that’s the point. We traveled with our two teenage girls and they were both happy. I would suggest booking an excursion and checking out some things around the island.Steve and the property manager, Jenny, were both great! Any request was responded to immediately. Truly a great vacation!

First time at North Captiva

Homeowner was amazing in answering all my questions. He also helped direct me on what ferry to take, what taxi service to use, and grocery services. The house was well stocked with everything you would need. The island was amazing and we cannot wait to go back next year!!

Mother/daughters getaway

The house was just as pictured; very clean, lots of space. The location was great; not far from the beaches or the marina/shops. Steve was very responsive to any issues we had. We took a boat tour with Steve and I highly recommend it. There is still lots of work to be done from the hurricanes and only a couple of options for dining out/takeout. Make sure you order/bring groceries as the local market is very expensive and limited options.

Rockstar house on North Captiva Island

House was nice, clean, golf cart was fun. VRBO listing didnt mention that North Captiva is only accessible by boat or ferry.. This is an additional cost of 29 pp for ferry, 70 for parking, and 75 or luggage handling.. Also must coordinate flight/driving with ferry schedule. Makes for quite an adventure. For a vacation in a natural place without crowds, this is a great place. There is still piles of hurricane debris. Important to bring your own groceries. Restaurants are pricey and were partially closed due to high winds closing ferry.

The Best on North Captiva!

The rockstar house is just the best place to stay on North Captiva. It is conveniently located between the island club pool and Sunset Beach, which is just the best beach on the island the golf cart such a plus and the bonus is that Steve offers an adventure tour on his boat- by far the best tour out there and the most affordable for the time snd personal experience we had. Really the highlight of our whole trip highly highly recommend this place and Steve’s trip. Thank you so much, Steve. We loved your home snd your trip. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous!

This place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and well located to get to the beach and clubhouse within 2 minutes with golf cart. Our host was very helpful with any questions we had. The house was well stocked with EVERYTHING you could need from cooking supplies to equipment for the beach. The beach was unbelievable, lots of shells and privacy. I can’t wait to go back, already checking my calendar for next vacation time. A great time was had by all. Thank you Steve!

Fantastic Get-away

We couldn't have experienced a better week than at the Rockstar and on Upper Captiva. The house is the perfect hide-away on a tropical island. Easy to get to, close to the beach and anything you could want to see. This island house has all the creature comforts. Thank you Steve, for having us. We'll be back!

Wonderful home

The home had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was close to the beaches and swimming pool. The hot tub was very nice. We loved it so much we are planning on coming back and staying for a longer period.

Awesome place, awesome stay!!!

The island is my favorite place in the world!!! Not my first time there but first time in the Rock Star pad and it was WONDERFUL!!! Out host was incredible…..he immediately took care of anything we needed and was very responsive to our questions. The place is perfect….it had everything you would need for a week long stay. Loved the hot tub and the golf cart was super convenient to have. We hear some real horror stories about VRBO and unhelpful hosts….this is NOT one of them. I couldn’t be happier with our stay!! For sure will be booking same place next year.!! Thank you for the lovely memories!

Ready to go back!

Everything was AMAZING! I was a little nervous about getting there but with Steve's help, it was a breeze! We enjoyed the house that felt like home, the boat trip was amazing (my son can't stop talking about it), and we cant wait to go back! My son has already asked if we can make this a yearly trip! Jenny was also so amazing with helping us with checking in and checking out! We literally have zero conplaints! And we're already looking at the calendar to see when we can go back and we will definitely book another boat trip with Captain Steve!

I was born in Ft. Myers Florida. I’m a local :) i fell in love with this island as a kid. I went out to this island in the 1970’s..before electricity got out here! Caught my first snook out here. Retired from a life in the music biz and built a house with some friends and my own 2 hands. It’s one of the best things I ever did! Now you have the opportunity to come and enjoy it, you won’t regret it!

I built this house in a quiet section of the island that’s close to everything. The beach, the club, the marina and pool bar. I’ve also kept my rates reasonable so everyone can enjoy it. The sand streets, golf carts, the beautiful beach and amazing sunsets make this island as unique as any place I’ve ever seen. Please come and have the trip of a lifetime!

Close to the beach, quiet location. The night sky is absolutely amazing. With evening sunsets that are equally as spectacular. Do yourself a favor, hurry up and get here :)
