Great House !

Beautiful home, great virw of the bay and SPI from the back porch. Owner waa very attentive, polite and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this Beautiful home!

Great Stay and Hospitality

We enjoyed our stay and the bay front home was perfect for our summertime getaway. Mr. Montoya was responsive to our needs as we encountered a small hiccup when we checked in. We look forward to a future visit soon!

Great home and wonderful stay

Communication with home owner was always prompt and helpful! The check in process was simple, there was a battery that needed replacing in the deadbolt and it was done same day/within hours. The home was perfect and as described. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay. There’s a pool close by and a dock to over see the water. The neighborhood is quiet and great for a peaceful time. There are many restaurants nearby and the beach is just a short drive over the bridge. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Immaculate Home Away from Home

This home is quite lovely. It has a very clean, modern look, & the owner, Mr. Montoya has gone above & beyond to ensure that the guests are accommodated. The view when you walk through the door is phenomenal. The kitchen was equipped with everything that I needed to cook a full breakfast & dinner for my family. Additionally, having a washer & dryer made me feel at home. Mr. Montoya is very attentive & responds very promptly when addressing any concerns. If I'm ever in South Padre again, I would love to this property.

Relaxing stay

Nice almost new beach house. Waves were visible from up and downstairs. Safe neighborhood with everything just a few minutes drive. Will recommend.

Great location with responsive owner.

The view is lovely, the house is well appointed inside and on the patio, and we enjoyed the nearby community hot tub, pool. South Padre beach is very close and an easy drive. I relayed some repairs needing to be done as we left to the owner - the dishwasher wasn't working right, with heavy rains the upstairs vent developed a leak and the kitchen sink faucet bracket came off the sink. These things happened on the day we were leaving, so we didn't have problems with them while there. As others have noted, the inside stairs to the only 2 full baths upstairs were somewhat steep, and an elderly member of our family struggled a bit though the rail helped. Another family member forgot a favorite pillow, and the owner was very accommodating to let us return to get it. I would stay here again.

Family vacation

Nice house in a nice central location. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the fact that the dryer didn’t work. I messaged the host and told him about it and he responded like he knew nothing about the dryer situation. I looked on a review from 2 weeks before we stayed there and it said the dryer was also broken. I didn’t see their review until I returned home.

Excelente lugar para relajarte unos días, el anfitrión muy amable, siempre contestó nuestros mensajes. Nos encantó la casa, desde que llegamos nuestra entrada fue…woooow…todo hermoso, muy cómoda, muy agradable, olía delicioso, de verdad, con gusto regresaría a ese lugar! No quiero dejar pasar…la alberca formidable, y ni que decir de la vista que tiene la casa, es maravillosa, puedes ver el atardecer y ver el mar! Bellísima!

House was in a good area. It was directly on the water which was nice. We had plenty of room for the four of us in our party. My only complaint is that we needed more towels and wash cloths. There was only two sets in each bathroom. We were able to wash them, but the dryer did not work which resulted in us having to hang them to dry. Other than this we had a pleasant stay.

Amazing location

This place was really relaxing and centrally located to everything. The only thing that could have made it better was the basketball goal being functional for our son to play. The propert manager responded almost immediately when we needed something. Great time had by everyone including our 3 year old and 9 year old. The area is very quiet and has a security guard on property.

Spring Break with Family

Very nice beach home in a gated neighborhood. Short distance to Padre Island and the beach. The home was very clean and had nice furnishings. Beautiful back yard that has great seating and a view of the bay. The owner was quick to answer text messages. The only thing it could use is a few more kitchen accessories. It did have pots & pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and a few cooking utensils in limited numbers. Would definitely stay here again. It was two doors down from our daughter’s beach house which was very convenient.
