River’s Edge Retreat, Memories awaiting you on the shores of the West River

Meadowbank is a quiet Rural Agricultural community that borders the Clyde River as well as the West River located approx 30 minutes from the Confederation Bridge en route to Charlottetown. The cottage is located on a point right on the shores of the West River. Although it feels like you are miles away from Urban centers you are a 5 minute drive to nearby Cornwall which has everything you could need from banking, gas stations, medical center, to liquor store, grocery store, pub, and so much more. Another 5 minutes will have you in Charlottetown. If you are a boater, we are located right on the shore with areas available for launching your watercraft. To the East you are approx a 10 km sail to Charlottetown Harbor. To the west is a truly beautiful piece of water. This river is also ideal for speedboats and Seadoos as well as canoes and Kayaks. It is also known for its recreational Trout and Salmon fishing. The cottage itself is a roomy 3 bedroom cottage. It has a full bath, kitchen with full size appliances, a 55" satellite TV, and a dining area with a gorgeous view of the river right in your front yard. When you are sitting on the deck looking towards the river, the only obstacles in your view are usually the Blue Herons fishing on the shoreline or the embers from your bonfire as you wrap up the evening.
