• Check-In Info: Detailed self-check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival for a smooth and contact-free entry.
• Parking & Vehicle Restrictions: Open, unassigned free parking is available within the gated community. Please note that
HOA rules strictly prohibit RVs, trailers, or commercial trucks on the property.
• Starter Kit Provided: We supply a limited starter kit to get you settled (2 rolls of toilet paper, small bar soaps, and travel
shampoo per bathroom; 1 roll of paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, 2 dishwasher pods, dish soap, and 2 trash bags).
Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies for the remainder of their stay.
• Towels: All bathroom linens and bath towels are provided. Please note that pool towels are NOT included, so remember to
pack your own!
• AC Settings: To prevent the system from freezing up and shutting down, the thermostat cannot be set lower than 72°F .
• Resort Pool Hours: The pool is open from 8:00 AM until dusk (hours vary slightly by season).
