Balcony was very scenic. Front door was hard to get to for old age folks. Needs handrail. Bathroom shower and tub could use handrails.Otherwise an excellent place!!

Great location - close to many restaurants and a marina is right across the street where you can rent boats for day excursions on the lake.

Pool was filthy, hair, beer cans, leaves and no where to dump if you tried to clean. Many rotted boards on the boat docks. Lots of trash along sea wall. Condo was comfortable. Propert was not as good as it has been.

Wonderful condo, beautiful view of Lake Hamilton!

we had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is beautifully decorated and very, very clean with a wonderful view of the lake. The linens were nice. The beds were comfortable and there is everything you need in the kitchen! The balcony off the condo had comfortable furniture as well and it’s a peaceful setting. Property manager answered all our questions and was helpful with restaurant suggestions too!

Not the best

Unit was not as depicted. The sofa was not the one shown in the photo and although it looked nice was totally uncomfortable. TV in the bedroom did not work. They offered to come fix it however. Entrance is a trip hazard(s). Overpriced compared to other rentals in the area.

Clean with great views of the lake

The condo was nice and clean and had excellent main channel views. We weren’t able to view the Labor Day fireworks from the balcony but walked down to the dock and had an excellent view there. The only thing lacking in the condo was the kitchen wasn’t well stocked. If you plan to cook, think about bringing your own aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, sandwich baggies, and plastic containers. Also, the pots and pans were scratched and some had food residue on them. That didn’t deter us from using and won’t deter us from staying again in the future. We just know what to bring now. Great and fun place and great location right in the middle of it all. Thank you to the owners!

Relaxing!

Don’t judge a book by its cover! The exterior of the building appears to be getting an upgrade soon but walking into the condo- it’s gorgeous with unique decor, comfortable king bed, and a gorgeous view! We loved sitting on the balcony watching folks on the lake! The condo faces the west, so mornings on the balcony were cool even in August. We will be returning!

Disappointment

Furniture in livingroom was very uncomfortable, price increase from time i booked went from 500.00ish to 788.00 for 3 nites. No expplantion for increase. Out side was being updated thats not a problem. Communications was bad except verbo help was very good. Please explain the price increase.

Beautiful Sunsets Abound

Some of the best views on the lake. Close to everything we had planned. Furniture was comfortable and the beds were awesome! Kitchen is small however it met our needs just fine. There are so many good restaurants in the area, we didn’t want to cook anyway. They are renovating the outside so don’t let the outside taint your impressions of the inside.

Beautiful View

Our stay was great. The place is very nice and the view is wonderful. We enjoyed the proximity to the water and the pool. Our host was easy to communicate with during our entire stay. We definitely would return to this location.

Hot Springs

This property really has a lot of potential. It's in a beautiful location and we enjoyed the lake. With that being said, The exterior was in terrible condition. It is obvious they are refurbishing the units. I would not have rented the unit, knowing that there would be wires laying all over the place, that the entry door is a struggle to open due to the pavement, light fixtures hanging by wires, ect. When we played Pickleball, every time you touch the wire fence, you got shocked. A disabled person could not enter easily. Interior has been nicely remodeled! However, we had to go buy our own towels as the ones there were old and musty. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. The toilet in the master bathroom had to be plunged every time you used it. I did not appreciate that at all. I can plunge my own toilets when I get home.

Lake front eclipse view

Rented the condo to view the eclipse with family. Well equipped condo. We enjoyed the pickleball even though the surface was unusual.

There are several walkable places, but we encourage you to have a car to get around. Uber, Lyft, and Hot Springs Taxi are also available. You can also boat to several restaurants and marinas right from your boat slip! The boat slip is 10' x 28' which is more than accommodating for most party barges/pontoons. If using the fireplace, be sure to open the flu! Not familiar with building a fire? Try buying Duraflame logs (and/or firewood) which can be purchased at Lowe's, Walmart, or Kroger during the cold-weather season.
