This is a cosy newly renovated apartment in a family-friendly area perfect for your beach family vacation. Beach, boardwalk, restaurants, waterpark, amusement park and other entertainment are within walking distance. There is one large bedroom w/ queen bed. The kitchen is modern and fully-functional, stacked with coffee/tea, Keurig machine, washer and dryer included. We provide badges for the beach for the guests convenience. Young children can enjoy the backyard equipped with a swing, slide, step2 toys (sand table and water table). The yard also offers comfortable seating and a BBQ. One parking spot is provided in the driveway, additional free parking may be available on the street.
No proms, large parties and people under 25 as per township ordinance.

Excellent place! Love our hosts, gave us so many ideas in the area, offered us many things as well. Apartment was perfect, clean, safe, walking distance to beach and boardwalk! Loved the w/d, dishwasher and all the extras. So clean and cute. The bedroom bed is firm. Im used to a softer bed and fluffier pillow, but was great. Thanks for the wonderful stay!! Would definitely stay again!!

Seaside Vacay

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, welcoming, beach-themed property. It had all of the comforts of home and the owners were so gracious and accommodating. It is in the perfect location for the beach, the boardwalk and sightseeing. We will definitely return!

We came to seaside heights for my daughter’s dance competition and decided to stay here instead of a hotel and it worked out so well! Lovely place, just as advertised. The owners were wonderful! We plan on staying here again next year.

We were moving my daughter into college and it was a bit of a drive to her school but the location of the apartment to the beach was fantastic. We had a great time on the boardwalk.

Great Place in Seaside Heights

Ani and Penko were great host, very responsive. The space was great for our weekend getaway with a comfortable bed and living area. The kitchen was equipped with the basics. There is a W/D in unit, which was helpful after getting soaked by a passing cloud at the beach. The parking spot was easy to find and the bathroom was spacious for a single person use. Overall, our stay was pleasant!

Perfect week for us

The house was just perfect for our family of 4. Penko and Ani are great! Always there to help you if you need. So close to the boardwalk and the beach and Penko even let us use the buggy to take the kids to the beach. Their kids were awsome with Emma letting her play with them in their backyard. Hope we can come back!

Cute & Clean

What a wonderful stay it was for my best friend, her kids and me. The apartment was spotless and nicely cooled. They had everything from towels to K-cups to detergent for us. The hosts were both so sweet and welcoming. The apartment fit all 4 of us very comfortably. It was the perfect place for us. Couldn’t have been more accommodating. I highly recommend them. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

We stayed at this property for a weekend getaway for our 12th wedding anniversary. We have never been to Seaside Heights. The apartment was great. Very clean and comfortable. They supplied everything you would have at home except the groceries. Only a few minute walk to the beach and Boardwalk . We parked our car in the designated spot at the apartment and didn't drive it all weekend. The host was fantastic. He was very friendly, helpful and informative about the area. He gave us ideas of where to buy food and places to go , and things to do in the area. This was definitely a great experience. We will be back and plan to stay with the same host. I would recommend this place for anybody. Very good rates and an outstanding place! Dan & Jen DeCook

Kind and Clean

The hosts were so kind and the little apartment was adorable. Great location close to everything. You can hear some noise from a Friday night crowd but it didn't keep us up. The kids play area was the best part. I have a 1 and 3 year old and there was so much peace of mind knowing they could play and be stimulated while I got ready. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Clean and quaint apartment

Both Penko and Ani are very nice and respond quickly to any questions. The apartment was beautifully modeled and spotless. Which we completely appreciate. They provided all the necessary items to enjoy our stay. Only one recommendation would be to invest in a new mattress for the bedroom. It was the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever laid in. It slopes to one side and is very noisy when moving. Which I did a lot because of comfort. The sofa bed was slightly comfortable and we all took turns getting to sleep on it. Other than this I would only recommend renting for small families 2 parents and 1 child.

This is a newly renovated apartment, literally finished all renovations today 7/20. It's brand new and modern, clean and well-maintained. You should choose to stay here because of the great condition, proximity to beach and boardwalk and the host's flexibility and hospitality.
