Quatre chambres avec vue complĂšte sur l'ocĂ©an, 4 chambres avec vue partielle sur l'ocĂ©an. 6. 5 salles de bains. 4 balcons privĂ©s hors de chaque chambre des maĂźtres et deux autres chambres et 2 patios au premier Ă©tage. Vues sur l'ocĂ©an, mĂȘme depuis les balcons du cĂŽtĂ© ouest de la maison. Laveuse / sĂ©cheuse. Garage deux voitures avec prise de courant de 240V pour recharger Tesla. Cuisine complĂšte. House and back yard have plenty of room. Parking is a bit challenging for a house of this size. Having linens supplied is a big plus. House cleaning is also a plus.

Great week

Check in was smooth and easy. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything that we needed. We are all big foodies and love to cook. We didn’t have any issues.

An amazing beach home! So much room for our family. Walkout to beach The kitchen was perfectly equipped for all our cooking needs. So great to have so many chairs and sitting area for outside and inside We could sit 14 at the table for supper! Close to boardwalk and ice cream. Joanie was an excellent host. Very responsive to our questions. We could not ask for a more wonderful rental!

Beautiful Shore Home On The Ocean

The house is clean and beautiful. It is in a convenient area of Point Pleasant -- a great shore town. The beach/ocean is a short walk over the dune from the back of the house. This was our 4th year at Joanie's shore house, and we intend to be back again next year!

Beautiful Shore House

This was our third summer at Joanie's beautiful "beach house" (as my grandchildren call it) and we are already planning our return trip next summer. The house is right on the beach in a convenient location on the Point Pleasant/Bay Head border. Close to the boardwalk, so many dining options, from casual seafood to upscale sitdown, we had another terrific summer vacation down the Jersey shore!

Perfect spot for our family reunion

The variety of rooms and proximity to the beach gave everyone space to be independent and just as easily to gather together. We followed the parking instructions and juggled as needed for those who had to drive into Pt. Pleasant. A large frig and freezer made food prep for varied diets a lot easier that if we were operating with a standard size setup. So many sweet yet homey touches! Thank you for a lovely home and all the great memories.

Beautiful shore home on the beach

This was our second stay at Joanie's shore home. The house is beautiful, clean, on the ocean and has a private beach area at the top of the dune. The location in Point Pleasant, on the Bay Head border, is premier. We are already planning next year's vacation.

We just got back from a fantastic week at Joanie's beautiful beach house. The location is perfect. The house is well-kept and has all amenities including a private beach area overlooking the ocean. We appreciated Joanie's responsiveness. We're already planning our return trip next summer!

Simply The Best!

This property is Amazing, it’s in a wonderful location and the Beach is your Garden literally. The space inside and outside the house is perfect for a family gathering. The hosts were very obliging . We were there for a week to celebrate my Sons wedding. What can I say just perfect. Everything you may need and more is in the house just waiting for you to unpack. We will return again. Wedding week!

Weekend stay in December

Beautiful weekend on the beach with spectacular ocean views. Perfect for our mini-reunion of 4 couples and a couple of older children while we attended the Army Navy game at MetLife stadium (1 hour drive). Everything was as described in a lovely little neighborhood in Pt. Pleasant Beach. Thank you very much for the hospitality!!!

Friends' Getaway

We were 6 friends looking to get away for a few nights. It turned out to be a wonderful getaway. We found the house to be plenty spacious for gathering and hanging out together, and large enough for everyone to quietly get away to their rooms if we needed to work. Sleeping was quiet and comfortable, and the upper floors had fabulous ocean views. We were very happy with our stay!
