Cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in downtown Simpsonville. With this private single unit above a garage used for storage only, you do not share walls with anyone! You are within walking distance to restaurants & shopping!

Nestled behind our real estate office off Main Street in Downtown Simpsonville, this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is a rare find for the price!! As you pull into your own parking space, you overlook a private yard. You will love the inside of this newly remodeled suite! We hope you choose to book with us!

Please note there is train near the home that runs two times within 24 hours. Typically early afternoon and late night.

I came home last night and found a large Palmetto bug on the white comforter. Pest control is a must considering the brush around the place. Other than that is was nice.

Wonderful stay in downtown Simpsonville!

The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay! The location had easy access to many restaurants and shops. The owners were easy to contact and made our check in/check out seamless. We will definitely return to this property on our next visit!

Everything you need near DT Simpsonville

We stayed here two nights for a concert at CCNB. We were conveniently located to the venue and were able to easily walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was cute, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Perfect place to stay on Main St, Simpsonville

We needed a place to stay for a few nights, and this was perfect for us. Very clean, very convenient! The place was clean and cozy with a very nice kitchen and bath. It’s right on Main St and easy to get to many nearby restaurants in the area. Very happy we were able to book it for our short stay.

Cozy retreat near Greenville

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend to start discovering the Greenville area and had a great time. Great shops just a walk across the street. Immaculate place to stay. There’s a covered porch right outside the entrance with two patio rocker seats and great breezes. A short drive away from a number of other towns and attractions.

This is our third stay at a terrific apartment in Simpsonville. Quiet, private, comfortable, and attractive space with a full kitchen, comfy seating and bed, great shower in bathroom, and all the amenities. Short walk to a great breakfast spot.
