About Sylvia Sotelo
I am a native of Washington and growing up here I have always loved the water, mountains and trees. That is what we have here on Whidbey--the beauty is breathtaking.
Sylvia Sotelo purchased this Apartment in 2013
Why Sylvia Sotelo chose Coupeville
I have always wanted to live here and I looked for many years. I finally found my dream home--fabulous views and a few blocks to town---paradise! I also have history in Coupeville as my sister and I had a shop in town many years ago. I have spent many summers here.
What makes this Apartment unique
I chose this home as it had a separate guest suite for my vacation rental and for the fabulous view. I love being in town so I can walk to everything.

A Great Escape
Nice getaway spot. Beautiful view from living area - very walkable to everything in town. Mid island location makes this a perfect spot for exploring - lots of natural beauty to see :) Sylvia is an excellent host -
This home is amazing. The view of Penn Cove is perfect. We watched the gray whales on two afternoons right in the Cove from the deck and living room. The natural lighting from all the windows are inviting and the beach theme interior design is welcoming. Sylvia is so thoughtful and always has homemade cookies and muffins ready! This area is so quiet as there is little to no traffic on the street. Look no more, stay here as you will enjoy a quiet and relaxing place.

Perfect Place to Stay!
We spent 5 nights in Sylvia’s beautiful apartment and couldn't be happier with it. We chose it for the perfect waterfront view and very short, easy walk to restaurants and shops, and it lived up to our expectations. Sylvia thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as could be and has thoughtfully put labels throughout the place to make it easy to find or operate things. On top of that, she provided so many extra treats—fresh cookies and muffins, an assortment of coffees to choose from, and even fresh flowers. I can’t imagine a nicer place to stay in Coupeville!
Couldn't have been better.
Awesome. Absolutely awesome in every aspect.
Coupeville is a historic town with many shops and restaurants. The whole island has so many outdoor attractions including many State parks, beaches, hiking and biking trails. There are also many wine tasting venues.
