The unit is part of a triplex, located atop a 35-foot oceanfront sand dune. Play in the sand or make the five-mile trek to sightseeing and shopping in the historic downtown.

The condo is inviting with an open living room, atrium-style windows, and a private balcony overlooking the sea! Media entertainment includes WiFi and cable TV, and you'll always stay cool thanks to central AC! The kitchen is fully stocked for wedding caterers or family potlucks. Seating options include a breakfast bar and formal table for six.

With three bedrooms, two full baths, and one half bath, Oceanfront Hideaway comfortably sleeps six guests among three levels. Guests will rest easy on a king bed, double bed, and two twin beds. Convenience amenities include a washer and dryer and a single-car garage.

This condo has clearly been updated after hurricane Matthew. It appears they are starting to work on the outside, right now the outside doesn't look great but don't let that stop you ! You will love it when you walk in ! Huge kitchen and living room and all you see is beach !! A lot of room for the whole family ! The master bed room and bathroom are amazing..... I watched a dozen dolphins from the shower one morning. You will love the updated master bathroom! It truly does have a million dollar view.

We loved this place. Our senior boxer loved it. The ONLY issues i had was this. We left for dinner one evening and our 10 year old boxer was left in the condo. When we returned a couple of hours later, it was evident that someone had come into the condo while we were gone. I strongly suspect it was the owner of the condo... this has never happened anywhere we have ever rented before and shouldn't happen... this would be the only issue that would keep me from renting this condo again.

The only other issue. Parking. The condos on each side both have a garage and parking spots. ( the condo on the right has 2 car garage and 2 spots, the left has one garage and 2 spots ) This condo has one garage or you can park right in front of the garage door. I don't see why the other condos get all of the parking - it should be split. It is a pain if you have more than one car. If you have a large SUV van or truck - you may not fit in the garage for it is pretty tight.

We had a great time here and made a lot of memories. We will definitely rent from vacasa again ! They really do put thought into making your vacation amazing !

Great location!

The picture of the view is accurate. It was so nice to have that view of the beach during our stay! My family and I are beach lovers (and we brought our dogs), so having easy access to the beach was super important to us. The unit is located atop a sand dune; access to the beach is 41 steps down a flight of stairs. The property is a triplex and this unit is located in the middle, so you will have to walk past the first unit to reach the stairs. The setup of the building offers privacy on the back decks. There was more than enough room for 2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 dogs. Parking for 2 vehicles was a bit of a booger, but we made it work. If you can get away with just one vehicle, or if you can leave one vehicle in the single car garage for the entire stay, I recommend you do so. My husband was not a fan of the inside of the unit, and while I agree it is in need of renovations, I think the location made up for the shortcomings.

The spacious condo provided wonderful ocean-front views and easy access to lovely Vilano beach.

We enjoyed the ample, ocean-front living space, especially the glass sun-room, which affords a magnificent view of the ocean. We felt like we could still enjoy the ocean even during the heat of the day when we didn't want to be on the beach. (The glass needs cleaning, however; lightbulb in lamp needs replacing, too.) We also enjoyed being able to bring our dog with us on our beach vacation. The master bedroom upstairs has an equally beautiful view from the balcony, and the ocean sounds were heavenly. Room darkening shades for that sliding-glass door would have come in handy, however, for those who like to sleep past sunrise or nap during vacation. The TV upstairs was not operational. Towels were plentiful, and the condo was very clean. The downstairs floor is tile, which is a good thing as there is no operational hose or shower between the beach and the porch door--we definitely missed being able to rinse off before coming inside. The kitchen was easy to work in, although a few more pots and pans would have helped. I worried a little about some of the creaky wood planks on the porch and upper balcony, but expect they'll be replaced soon enough. For us, the condo's positives outweighed its negatives, and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Needs work and love

No cooking equipment worth talking about : outside shower not working : stair railing from deck broken :and needs new mattress in master and also from our last stay (November) so does unit y
