DETALLES DE LA PROPIEDAD:
Mountain View tiene tres pisos.

PLANTA PRINCIPAL (nivel medio) - Gran sala de concepto abierto, comedor, cocina, terraza, medio baño, dormitorio con baño privado.

La Gran Sala está amueblada con un sofá de cuero, un sofá de dos plazas de cuero y un sillón que hacen de este espacio un gran lugar para reunirse alrededor del fuego para relajarse o ver un gran partido juntos en la televisión de 42 ".  La sala está acentuada por un piano y una fuente de agua de pizarra susurrante. Piezas de arte en vidrio adornan las grandes ventanas del norte.

La cocina de los cocineros está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, horno y quemadores de 6 fuegos, microondas, lavavajillas apilables, refrigerador e isla para preparar.  También hay una barra de desayuno con 4 taburetes de la barra.
El área de comedor tiene cuatro sillas de madera alrededor de una mesa circular de madera decorativa y acceso fácil a la terraza y a la barbacoa de gas al aire libre.  

Una gran terraza al aire libre con barbacoa de gas Weber, mesa de comedor y sillas (solo veranos) y jacuzzi privado para 6 personas ofrece hermosas vistas de Campbell Peak. El nivel principal tiene un medio baño.  

Dormitorio de invitados 1 -
Amueblado con una cama Queen Size, cómoda, armario, chimenea de dos lados compartida con un baño completo con baño que cuenta con lavamanos doble, estación de maquillaje, una gran bañera de hidromasaje y ducha de vapor.
Desde el dormitorio de huéspedes puede salir a una pequeña terraza cubierta con un calentador de gas de pie; este es un gran lugar para tomar café o té en el a. metro.

PISO SUPERIOR: 2º dormitorio de invitados, 3ª habitación de invitados y terraza compartida.

Dormitorio de invitados 2 -
El segundo dormitorio de invitados se encuentra en el último piso y está amueblado con una cama Queen Size, escritorio con monitor, una terraza, cajones y baño completo con lavabos dobles, bañera de hidromasaje y ducha de azulejos de travertino. puerta de vidrio sin marco.  

Habitación 3 -
Un sofá cama de tamaño completo se puede desplegar para convertir esta habitación en una tercera área de descanso para huéspedes con un segundo escritorio / área de trabajo de oficina, acceso a la terraza y un tercer baño completo con lavabos dobles, bañera grande y ducha con azulejos de travertino con puerta de vidrio sin marco.  

PLANTA BAJA - Garaje, baño de vapor, cuarto baño completo, 4 ª habitación, lavadero

Estacionamiento con calefacción para 1 vehículo.  Dos vehículos adicionales pueden aparcar fácilmente fuera del garaje.

Al ingresar desde el garaje, los huéspedes entrarán en un cómodo vestidor que es el lugar perfecto para colocar calzado y colgar abrigos.

Habitación 4 -
La cuarta habitación de huéspedes, a menudo llamada la habitación de los "niños", tiene un sofá que puede desplegarse en un sofá cama de tamaño completo, una TV de 32 pulgadas, Nintendo Wii, biblioteca y baño completo con ducha de vapor para 4 personas y puertas Jack y Jill .

Perfect Place to Stay with Multiple Couples

The home was very nicely finished, nicely furnished, very comfortable and spacious. We had 4 separate couples which was perfect with the house that has 4 bedrooms and each bedroom with its own private bathroom. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Telluride.

The heated tile floors, the comfy beds, the fire places, and the well stocked and upscale kitchen, it was all a dream. The hot tub was amazing as well. We arrived at dark and they left the lights on and a humidifier going for us to help combat the dry mountain air. This is a must stay in home, and really close to the town of Telluride but still in the mountains. Everything about this place was amazing and A accomidations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was set up great for our four couples that stayed for a week. Plenty of space to hang together or be in your own space. The kitchen was great and had pretty much everything we required to prepare meals and dine together. Beds were comfortable for everyone and bathrooms were great. The only two comments heard from the others were the lack of some deadbolts on doors, as we were asked to make sure all doors were locked. And, the small bedroom upstairs has way to much furniture for the room and was hard to maneuver around the bed. We did enjoy the hot tub and the view from the deck. All in all, we had a great time!

It was good in general

Reviewer Comments: The only problem I encountered was that in the front yard there was a construction site with toilets and bug trucks that partially blocked the view to mountains and also there were workers so we preferred not to go outside to the balcony or use the jacuzzi. It would have Ben nice if we had been informed about it. Once the construction is finished it will be great.

Great property, shady management

We enjoyed the house, its amenities and the location very much and would recommend it. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the fireplaces and steam showers in the bedrooms a plus. The dining area could use a nicer table and more chairs. The Management company (Vivid Vacation Rentals) however is very shady. Upon our arrival on 1/22/22 we were informed that they were short on towels and that the hot tub was unusable until maintenance will get there on Monday morning because “it must have gotten used a lot” before our arrival. Even though the hot tub was one of the reasons we rented the house, we agreed not to have access to it for 2 days. We were promised more towels the next morning, but the towels didn't arrive until Wednesday. We finally got into the hot tub on Monday evening and noticed that the water was cloudy, but we're just happy to finally have it available after a long day of skiing. We also noticed that the vinyl headrests of the hot tub were disintegrating and releasing thin flakes of the material into the water. The flakes sometimes attached themselves to our bodies, but we just dealt with it. 5 of us used the hot tub daily after skiing for about 30 minutes. We go on a yearly ski trip and that's our modus operandi and never had an issue with any of the previous properties we rented. We checked out on Sunday 01/30/2022 on time and left the place clean. Later that day we received a notice from management informing us that we were charged extra for our “misuse of the hot tub” which they unwittingly stated was “drained/cleaned and refilled …just prior to [our] arrival.” When confronted with the evidence, however, they corrected themselves that in fact it was serviced about a week prior to our arrival. They also charged us for alleged overuse of towels and linens and a broken chair, but later dropped these claims and refunded part of the overcharge. They claim that we caused the clogging of the filter with debris and hair with required emergency service. In reality, it was the vinyl fakes of the headrest that clogged up the filter. All these allegations were absurd, but they immediately charged the credit card on file without authorization to do so. We are still fighting with the management company and involved the credit card company to receive our money back. If you rent this property, go around and film everything and make sure they come regularly to maintain the hot tub, or you will be charged additional bogus fees.

Amazing stay!

This home was perfect! Very clean, and fully stocked with anything one would need for a comfortable stay. Very short walk to drop right in on a run for a great day of skiing or boarding. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

WARNING overcharged me $5000!!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Until I called them, they would have never even acknowledged that they overcharged me $5000! No apologies. Zero accountability. Got to the house and the hot tub water was BROWN. Two members of our group got folliculitis from it. The back door to the house didn't lock. No soap for dishes. Had to ask them 3 times to separate the king bed into twin beds. Internet did not work. It's not a ski in or out the lift is a mile away. It's obvious the property management company doesn't even look at the properties because they told us only 2 cars could fit, when 4 can. A ton of stress with this company. NEVER using them again.

Great kitchen!

Great kitchen with everything a foodie would need to make an epic mountain meal. Everything is labeled and easy to step into as if it were your own home. The management company does a great job ensuring you have everything you need. Multiple steam showers and patio hot tub are fantastic after a winter day of skiing. Not exactly ski in/out without a significant hike up the road but it is a five minute drive to the gondola parking garage and grocery store. Four private bedrooms are nice, each with its own bathroom. One has only a tub and the other only has a pull out couch where another bed would have been appreciated but photos accurately depicted the property. Living room and kitchen are actually more spacious than photos portray. The fireplace in the living room is large and warms the whole space. Satellite TV and high-speed wifi in every bedroom is another welcome surprise.
