On the main level, the fully-equipped, renovated open kitchen has stainless steel Bosch appliances, cherry wood cabinets, granite counters and a breakfast bar that seats two. The adjacent dining area can comfortably seat eight and has French doors leading to a deck with a gas grill.

The living room has cathedral ceilings and large west-facing windows, flat-screen TV and a gas fire place -- with two couches, it's a cozy place to relax and take in the breathtaking sunsets at the end of the day.

There's also a half bath on this level and access to the attached one-car garage that has racks for hanging skis and a boot dryer.

Down one flight of stairs is the private outdoor hot tub and two guest rooms with queen beds which give out onto a deck. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The third guest room has two pairs of bunk beds, perfect for any kids or teens in the group. There's an additional full bathroom on this level as well as a laundry room with washer/dryer.

One floor below is the family room with a pull-out couch, large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a collection of books. The large sauna is on this level and there is another full bathroom.

The master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed and a private deck is on the upper level. The master bath has double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. There's a big walk-in closet and an office area on the mezzanine with a desk.

There is wireless internet throughout the house and cable television, including Apple TV for guests who have an account. All beds have new high-quality linens and there are towels and hair dryers in every bathroom, as well as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel so you don't have to bring those with you.

Located in the residential Lodges on Sundance Association in Upper Mountain Village, the home is a short walk to the grocery store and the free gondola that goes to the base of Mountain Village and the town of Telluride. Call Dial-A-Ride for free transportation anywhere in Mountain Village if you don't have a car or just don't feel like driving.
