En splinterny villa komplet med swimmingpool, bygget til en høj spec standard og indrettet i store anlagte haver. Ejendommen er smagfuldt møbleret og meget rummelig. Kun få minutters gang fra havet. Ejendommen ligger i det smukke og prestigefyldte Atlantic Shores-område og nyder godt af et sikkert og venligt kvarter. Barbados Golf Club ligger kun 5 minutters kørsel væk, lufthavnen ligger 10 minutter, og den verdenskendte Windsurfing og Kite surfing Club Mistral, ligger kun 5 minutters kørsel. Bestående af 3 dobbeltværelser med aircondition (master med eget badeværelse) og et familiebadeværelse. Nedenunder er åben plan og luftig med tv og DVD, et fuldt udstyret køkken, med vaskemaskine, tørretumbler, komfur og mikroovn. En meget blæsende veranda kigger ud over poolområdet og de anlagte haver. Hushjælp leveres to gange om ugen.

Great location in a quiet safe neighborhood

The property is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable for an extended family vacation with lots of space. The outdoor space is especially nice.

Great house in great location

We had a lovely time at Kites. The house is in a great location to access the south coast surf beaches and wonderful Oistins. It is well kitted out and the cooling plunge pool a welcome relief after a hot day! Great hosts too

Maison superbe et très propre , bon emplacement, voisins super sympa et prévenants car l’adresse fournit n’est pas 204 mais 205 yoster crescent Michael est super réactif et de bons conseils, très bonnes relations Enfin juste une petit suggestion, il manque un tire bouchon Beau pays et les barbadiens sont très serviables et sympatiques

Wonderful Experience at Kites!

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Kites. There was great communication with Tim and the property manager Michael both before and during our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood where we always felt safe. Everything we needed for our stay was provided at the house. The pool was the star of the trip for our 4 and 5 year olds - 6 am swimming was the best! We will definitely be staying at Kites again in the future!

Great Vacation!,

Our family of 5 came to Barbados for surfing and sunshine! The property is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with all the amenities you would need! Great communication, easy check in.

Hidden Gem

It was hard to find this location as it is surrounded by a really bushy area. Finally when we arrived the property was just as seen in the pictures. The A/C unit in 2 of the bedrooms were broken. Contacted the host and he sent someone out and it was replaced the next day, which was nice. The pool was small, It was dirty with grass, small bugs and whatever else blows in. Having no cover is probably why this happens. So we only used it once. They did say someone would come clean but no one did. It would be helpful to have a net or something to clean it for ourselves. Another suggestion is for extra towels and linen. There was 4 of us, and 2 of us had one set each, and the other 2 of us had 2 sets of towels. For a 10 day stay this just wasn’t enough. Apparently there was extra in a closet in the house but it was locked and the host didn’t know where the key was. There is a washer and dryer which is lovely. If you’re a family of 4 be sure to bring extra toilet paper, there were 2 rolls in each bathroom, but island toilet paper rolls don’t hold much and also bring paper towel. The location is about a 10 min drive to Miami Beach and Oistins. The hosts met our needs the best they could and we would definitely return. Thanks Micheal and Tim!

lovely spot

Kites was great! Walk to surfing. Short drive into town for amenities. Loved the slats on the doors and windows to let in a breeze… Dogs in the neighbourhood bark at night and early in the morning… but we knew that before we arrived thanks to another review. Overall a great place to stay.

10 days in paradise

Tim’s property was nothing short of perfect! The house was spacious and cozy at the same time. Beach and bath towels were stocked for all my guests. Kitchen was fully stocked as well. Check-in and check-out time was totally flexible around my arrival and departure time. The location was so close to the town (Oistins fish fry and many more) so many beaches nearby! We rented a car and were able to go to so many cool places in Christ Church. Grocery store is nearby as well. (not walking distance but 5 minutes with car!) The pool was clean before and during our stay, beach chairs were also very convenient! I can’t say enough perfect things about our stay I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Barbados! Very much worth the price as well. Private yet close to everything. Thank you Tim and Michael for making our trip hassle-free!

Comfortable villa near great surfing

A comfortable stay in a 3 bedroom villa with garden and deep plunge pool - great location near freights bay - a few minutes drive away - good for beginning to moderate surfing - very reliable waves. Also for more advanced a two minute walk to consistent waves. This villa is located one street up from the ocean and we can hear the waves from the house. With the exception of dogs barking this villa is a quiet retreat. There is a lovely little walk along beach edge in front of houses directly on ocean. Barbados is very COVId safe- all we encountered followed masking protocol and all shops use temperature readings and sanitization. Renters be prepared to buy supplies - soap, TP, paper towel etc. Good communication with owner and house manager.

Beautiful House!

Fabulous large house in lovely area of Barbados ideal for families, but car rental is needed for this area. Pool was a good size and was very refreshing. We stayed a week this February and really enjoyed- didn’t want to leave. It was furnished beautifully and was very relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The showers were beautiful too. The owner allowed us to arrive and leave later which was so helpful with our luggage and departure. We also loved the lend of the beach chairs for the week. The property was very cool and was very secure. Thanks again Tim, hopefully we will be back. Catherine Arnold

Beautiful Atlantic Shores

My family and I had a wonderful time at the home in Atlantic Shores. The house is clean, has everything we need and the kids and us loved jumping in the pool after a day out and about around the country. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood but close to some great beaches and surf spots.

Exceptional Stay in Barbados

Tim’s place was lovely. Essentials like beach towels and kitchen ware are provided. The home was clean, airy and relaxing. You can see the ocean from the front bedroom windows. We rented a car and drove 5mins to the closest beach suitable for swimming. Although Michael, the property manager, was away during our stay, it was easy to communicate with him for concerns and questions. We loved our stay and hope to come back!

Relaxing, lovely, and comfortable.

Our family of four enjoyed this lovely home in Atlantic Shores. The master bedroom was spacious and the walkout deck included a view of the water. The kitchen was well stocked, and big enough for several people to work on meals at the same time. And, the pool and back porch area provided a nice respite from the sun in the middle of the day. We enjoyed the easy walk to "Rescue Beach", and took advantage of many other local beaches.

Stunning property in a lovely neighbourhood!

The property is clean and well presented with everything you need. It is the most relaxing space. Our daughter enjoyed playing in the pool every morning while my husband took a short walk to a local surf spot and I was able to relax and read in the sun. The location is great, within easy access of whatever kind of beach you're after, whether it's for swimming, surfing or snorkelling. We will definitely return to Kites at some point as it felt like a wonderful home from home and I was quite sad to leave. Also just to say that the communication was excellent and whilst Michael, the property manager wasn't actually in Barbados at the time of our trip, he was in frequent contact to make sure we had everything we needed and to see that everything was going as planned. Thanks so much for having us.

Another great visit

Returned to Kites again this year and had another amazing trip. We love the location of the property and proximity to Enterprise Beach and Oistins as well as easy access to high-way to drive to other places around the island in no time. My kids love the pool and the house itself has everything we need (kitchen, laundry, etc.).

Barbados So Good!

This spacious home has as everything you need. Especially if you like being the kitchen. It's great to have a dinner party or relaxing by the pool. Only thing missing is an outdoor grill. Quiet neighborhood and nice neighbor. The property mangager is great! Popular Miami beach and Friday night in Oistins is close by.

Great Location, beautiful home

Spent 12 days there at the end of March. My family and I had the best time, close to multiple beaches and the kids loved the pool. All we needed and a short drive from everything else.

Amazing time again at Kites, we will be back.

Firstly, let me just say that we have used Tim's property once before and we are totally smitten with the area and the property. Kites is more than a holiday let, it's like a home from home. It's spacious enough, but not overwhelmingly so, it's cosy but not cramped. Well appointed and the plunge pool is just what is needed after a long day in the sun. My 5 yr old daughter loved it. Any minor hitches were quickly and professionally dealt with by Mike, the agent on the Island. He's a credit to Tim and couldn't have asked for more. We will hopefully be returning in 2015. Thanks again Tim!

Wonderful House and Neighborhood

I spent Christmas here with my 7 year old, who had a blast in the pool, and even had a pool party with her friends. I spent more time in the jacuzzi. The apartment is spacious and newly furnished. Great for large festive dinners. Neighborhood is peaceful, and you have access to two beaches -- one small (not swimmable, but certainly romantic, less than 2 minutes by foot) and another larger one that is great for fishing and swimming (20 minutes by foot). Another perk is its proximity to Oistins, where fresh fish is served on several outdoor grills every night. Well worth a second stay. Thank you Tim.
