9/10 Property location, heaps of great local food choice, easy transit into CBD, nice, short walk to beach and foreshore. Property layout and facilities very good (8/10). Could use a bit of a deeper clean up on walls, inside of cupboards and kitchen etc but still clean and tidy (7.5/10). Unfortunately an overall rating of 7/10 is dragged down by 3 major things. (1). The incredible road noise (2/10) with the only break enabling any type of deeper sleep being between 1am and 4am, (2) same as number 1 it's that bad (3) the lack of any real blockage of outside light in the room downstairs (3/10). Property could be a 9/10 if it had an effective sound barrier on the bottom and top floor sleeping areas and a block-out light barrier on the bottom. Don't think thick curtains would be enough on there own, maybe with roller shutters or double glazing. Property suited our purpose well (needed 7 individual beds) but after 4 nights all 7 of us country lads were very sleep deprived (bunk beds also very squeaky). If you can sleep through heavy constant nighttime road noise it's a gem. For me, I was googling ear plugs within walking distance at 11.30pm at night.

Fantastic location

Great location, easy access into the city and shops nearby - trams and car. Great place for a short stay but we were there for a long time and needed a few more ammenities in the kitchen. Graham street is noisy, ear plugs helped. We thoroughly enjoyed our time but needed a better clean before our stay.

Awesome Place to Stay

The communication with the owner was second to none, he was happy to answer all my questions in a very prompt and polite manner. The property was very clean, spacious and exactly as advertised . I would definitely stay here again and couldn't recommend this property enough. 5 Stars all the way around

Great location but a little noisy

The property is exactly as described in a great location with many shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach just around the corner. We did find it noisy at night with cars as it is on a busy road. There’s multiple transport options within a 2 minute walk, making it very easy and quick to get into the city.

Fantastic location in central Port Melbourne

The house is very well appointed and clean, great for large groups and families. The location is fantastic - nearby supermarket, ATMs, cafes and restaurants, no need to drive anywhere. The owner was very helpful and responsive with all my enquiries.

Well located and very spacious townhouse.

Loved the proximity to Bay Street. Traffic was a bit noisy. If you are looking for a spotless unit with modern equipment then this is possibly not for you. It suited our purpose and comfortably accommodated 5 adults and a child.
