This penthouse condo is designed for families with children (total 16 guests) NOT a large group of more than 10 adults (without permission).

Located adjacent to the Brian Head Navajo ski slopes with ski-in/out access and centrally located to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, & Grand Canyon.

*Bedroom #1 (Master): Queen Bed and attached solarium glass enclosed sun-room (with optional sleeping, see Bedroom #5).

*Bedroom #2: Two double beds and a single bed

*Bedroom #3: (open loft): double bed

*Bedroom #4: Double bed

*Bedroom #5: (all glass solarium, including ceiling): Single Bed or Bunk Bed Option. Note: Converts to single over single bunk bed using Murphy bed wall mounted system. This solarium bedroom is accessed through Bedroom #1 and has a great view of the Navajo ski basin and forest.

*Dual Capsules u & l: (Dual private European style capsules): Two each "capsule rooms - upper & lower", each the size of a single mattress and enough headroom to sit on the bed. Each capsule has a flat screen TV, light and power outlet. Capsules provides privacy to each guest unlike bunk beds.

NO SLEEPER SOFA'S in this condo, all beds have high end mattresses and bedding.

This extra-large family oriented 3rd floor two story North Penthouse condo has beds for 16 (maximum of 10 adults without first discussing it with the owners) and three full bathrooms.

This condo has beautiful views of the Navajo ski area with a solarium sun room / sitting area and very fast Wi-Fi throughout the condo.

The living room has a natural gas fireplace and a "dual TV entertainment wall" designed to watch sports, news events or presentations. The entertainment center is equipped with DVD player, Cable TV, and Netflix.

Inside heated parking with 43 first come / first serve parking stalls and plenty of outdoor parking for trailers, campers and large trucks.

The separate dining area with forest views (seats 10) and kitchen pass through counter seats 4 more. The all glass solarium room has seating for 4 and stunning panoramic views of the forest and the Navajo ski basin. The fully equipped stainless Kitchen has stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and trash compactor.

The underground heated parking provides ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes as well as access to the pool/Jacuzzi located in the adjacent lodge building (a few minute walk).

In unit washer & dryer available on all 7 day or longer rentals. This home is located on the 3rd floor and accessible by stairway only (no elevator).

A baby crib/playpen (Pack 'N Play) with reversible napper/changer and matching sheet provided upon request.

Entry is through a private glass enclosed entry porch, with built in storage for skis, snowboards, bikes and ski/snowboard gear. The entry porch has a bench to facilitate donning of equipment.

Copper Chase is a premiere condominium project with ski-in/ski-out access to the Navajo ski basin. Copper Chase boasts a large solarium pool/Jacuzzi with adjacent fitness room. Amenities also include separate male/female saunas in locker rooms, large group sitting/meeting/lounge area with fireplace and large LCD TV, guest business center with computer and printer, summer sun decks with two BBQs, and picnic area with volleyball and open play area. The FREE town shuttle that operates during ski season stops at Copper Chase and serves both ski basins as well as most lodging and restaurants.

  • The living room has two coaches that are not for sleeping. Bedroom #5 (accessed via Bedroom #1) is an all glass (including ceiling) solarium with single bed. Wall mounted Murphy bed system allows this solarium bedroom to have a 2nd single bed (wall mounted) which makes this a single over single bunk room. The dual European Style Capsules (upper and lower) are each the size of a single mattress and enough headroom to sit on the bed. Each capsule has a flat screen TV, light and power outlet. Capsules provides privacy to each guest unlike bunk beds. They are accessed from the hallway adjacent to the kitchen and are NOT part of any other bedroom. Very nice property in a prime location

We came here for a ski trip and loved the size for our group. It was spacious and right next to the ski lift. No need to bus or drive to the base! Our host was very accommodating and helpful.

Huge condo, super clean, fantastic views, great deal.

I booked this condo at the last minute when my other reservation fell through. I was lucky to meet Jill and she made our stay fantastic. I saw the other review about the condo not being clean and I that is a total hoax. This condo was spotless. It is huge and held my family of 16 with no problem. We even all had places to sit for dinner for all of us as the dining room table an kitchen bar seats 16 in total. The kitchen was all new and we used it extensively as we arrived with lots of food. We kept most the food in the front entry area on the bench as it stayed cool enough as the enclosed stairway was not heated.

The trek up the three flights of stairs is the only drawback, but if you want to stay in a penthouse it should be expected. The views from all the windows are incredible. My husband and I and other family members enjoyed our morning coffee just staring at the mountains. The Copper Chase property was clean and well equipped. We spent hours at the pool on the 2nd day and loved it.

The dual HUGE living room tv's were great to watch the NFL playoffs which really made everything perfect. The fireplace and individual heating controls in all bedrooms were nice as we kept very warm and comfortable.

The upstairs loft rooms are very nice as it has its own bathroom. The cute capsule beds were in high demand by the single adults and the kids as they each have their own TV and private space. Great design idea, and Kudos to Jill for thinking of it.

The Murphy beds in the all glass sun room had the best views in the condo. Even the ceiling is all glass. You can see for miles and wake up to the beauty of the mountains. My daughter and her 8 year old stayed in this sun room and are still talking about it.

FYI: The garage had plenty of parking for our three vehicles. It is heated and very roomy and we used the free shuttle bus to get around so we never took the cars out once we arrived.

We jammed the garbage disposal and Jill had someone there in 10 minutes to free it. She was a great host at all times. She even let us use a bunch of snow sleds for the kids (and adults LOL).

Even though the snow was limited we had a wonderful time in Brian Head and this condo was perfect for our needs. We will be booking again in a month.

Great views but smaller and more run down than expected

The floors and carpets were all very dirty when we arrived as in definitely not cleaned since the last guests. In addition the master bedroom comforter was visibly dirty with many stains. I was very bothered by this and called Jill. She got back to me right away and said the cleaners would come the next day around 11 am. They came the next day at 5:30 pm while I was cooking dinner and all 7 if us were there, which made it difficult. They did vacuum the carpet and replace the comforter though did not bother to vacuum any of the other dirty wood floors. A bummer first impression. The rest of the place was clean besides the floors and that comforter. The place has beautiful views and was very quiet. The paint and place in general is much more run down than the photos portray, as in towel racks that fall off the walls and beat up paint job and carpet that really needs a good steam clean. Not a big deal just surprising after viewing all those beautiful photos of the place. The kitchen was not stocked as advertised as I was counting on some type of cooking oil being there as listed in the amenities list Jill emailed us. Not a crisis, just an extra trip to the store. There is not really adequate hang out space for more than about 5 people in the small living room. The place felt crowded with the 7 of us. Though there are many beds there are really three main sleeping areas, as you literally have to walk through one bedroom to get to the others. Comfy couch and awesome click on fireplace. Excellent heating system with different controls in two of the rooms. The pool and jacuzzi and work out room are great- spacious with beautiful view from pool. Parking was convenient in the indoor garage. If the place had been clean upon arrival I would have given 4 stars.

Owner's Response: James was an excellent guest. We take photos before and after guests and the floors were clean and vacuumed. This unit was recently remodeled with new paint etc. so I fail to understand the "run down" comment. This north penthouse is spectacular with new appliances, furniture and a total remodel. It is one of the nicest properties on the mountain. The photos posted are a true and accurate representation of the condo.

Nice place

The owners were very accommodating and great to respond in a timely manner. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked in terms of items necessary for meal preparation. Plenty of parking and close to Cedar Breaks and Cedar City.
