We had an amazing vacation! Rental was exactly as advertised. We loved the location, short distance from shops and restaurants. We even got to see dolphins and a stingray from the our balcony!

We loved our stay! This was perfect for us and our three kids. The condo was very clean and appeared to be recently updated with new counters, furniture, and bedding. It had everything we needed and more… anything you could want for the beach, extra toiletries, and the welcome basket of breakfast/snack items was a nice touch. It was an easy walk to the beach (even with small children). Hands down the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

Flagler Beach Winner

We spent 3 mo. as guests at this property. It was neat, clean and welcoming. The furnishings were comfortable and the decor was inviting. Our host had goodies on the table awaiting us. Each bathroom had small baskets of necessities for those who may have forgotten a grooming item. Our host was very friendly and available by txt and phone. This property offers sunrise and sunset views and if you are lucky you can see a rocket launch!

Spent a week in Flagler at this condo across the street from the beach. It was comfortable and very relaxing (the whole point of a vacation, right?) Far enough away from the “crowds”, but convenient to everywhere. And anything we may have needed was provided. Thank you to Judy and Ray for quick responses, definitely a place we would come back to!

From the minute we got there to when we left the experience was perfect. The property went beyond what we expected. First Time in Flagler Beach

This was our first time staying in Flagler Beach but definitely not our last. We really enjoyed the quaintness of the Flagler Beach area and the fact that it's not been commercialized. We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the location was perfect and we were pleasantly surprised with all the little "extras" that were included and unexpected. Thank You for a wonderful stay; we hope to visit again!

Absolutely fantastic!

Exactly what we were looking for. Great view of the ocean, the beach was a very short walk away. We’ve actually stayed at places on the beach before that had a longer walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and was very well stocked with toiletries, snacks, water, towels, beach accessories, etc. We had a garage door opener for most coming and going and also an access code for the back door. Ray, the owner, was very helpful and very nice whenever we had a question about something. I can’t think of anything that needs improvement.

Stunning Ocean Views 24/7!

We're newly retired and our Flagler Beach stay was our first-ever snowbird trip. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Ray is a considerate and responsive host, always available to answer questions. Every day began with seeing/hearing the Atlantic Ocean waves and ended hearing the surf and looking at the stars and Moon over the coastline. The villa was well-stocked with everything we needed, and we found the neighborhood very walkable with friendly folks walking and/or bike-riding. Plenty of trails nearby, too. We commend Ray and his villa without reservation. We'll be back!!

Above and beyond!

We are forever grateful to Ray for the amazing vacation we were able to have at this beautiful property. Our two dogs were immediately comfortable. We had forgotten little things but found Ray had anticipated this and provided for everything we could think of! Thank you for an amazing experience and for being an above and beyond host! We will certainly be staying again. We highly recommend Ray and his property to anyone looking to truly have a worry free vacation!

Fantastic townhome

I can't say enough good things about this property and the owner. Ray went above and beyond for us before and during our stay. The property was well equipped with everything we needed from beach towels and bikes to extra goodies like a case of bottled water, coffee, and snacks for our kids. There were two very minor incidents that occurred during our stay and Ray was immediately available and helped us out. The townhome was very clean and plenty big for our family of four. The townhome was right across the street from the beach and a very short bike ride away from fantastic restaurants and the downtown area for shopping. We were able to bring our dogs and they loved going to the beach and chasing after crabs. This was our third time visiting Flager in the past 5 years and hands down this was the best property and experience we have had. We will definitely be returning!!!

Great Place, Quiet Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Ray is an excellent host and you can tell he genuinely wants to provide you with the best for your stay. We really enjoyed meeting and talking with him. We were moving our son to the Ormond Beach area and we found this wonderful place to spend time and relax a little. The location is great, quiet, with a beautiful view and directly across from the beach. Flagler Beach is a great area, less busy, but with plenty of places to eat, visit and enjoy the beach. The townhouse is very nice, clean and stocked with all the amenities needed along with beach necessities. The balconies off the bedrooms and patio allowed for beautiful views of sunrise while enjoying the quiet of the morning. We will definitely stay again. We could not have asked for a better host than Ray.

Flagler Beach Condo

We enjoyed our stay very much. The host (Ray Juliano) was amazing, very responsive to anything that came up and easy to contact. Just a great guy! Property is directly across route A1A from the ocean and is a great location. The only negative was the pool is not heated and was 65° - 70°. However, that is a condo association issue, not Ray's. He was straight up with us when we asked beforehand if the pool was heated. Very happy with our stay.

Beach front!

Just what we were looking for! Cozy beachfront home! Had everything we needed. Cute little welcome baskets! Restaurants close by, some walking distance. Beach not busy! The owner very helpful. Will stay again.
