With spacious ground floor, beautiful modern décor. Private enclosed garden and great balcony and terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4/5 in 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Modern fully equipped kitchen with access to small balcony. Beautiful decorated living room with all furnishings and fixtures to a very high standard. Benefits include air condition, WIFI, handicap friendly. Living room is open plan with patio doors leading directly into a spacious balcony/terrace. Guest can enjoy outdoor dining, sun bathing on the terrace or garden. Ideal also for anyone wishing to visit the Film Festival or one of the many other international congresses.
