Great location 100 meters from the beach, close to supermarkets, snack bars, bakeries and other trade. It has two bedrooms and a suite with built in wardrobes, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, two living rooms (dining and living), with smart TV, full kitchen with planned cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, stove, set of dishes, cutlery, blender, lunch box, coffee maker, etc. Service area with washing machine for 8 kg of laundry, balcony with gourmet space, two parking spaces, elevator, swimming pool with panoramic view on the roof, has 24 hour concierge, apartment with capacity for 8 people. At 5 minutes from Praia Grande, and 10 minutes from Itaguá Beach, where restaurants, pizzerias, shopping malls, movies, pharmacies, etc. are located.

Indicamos de olhos fechados o apto do Sr. Laércio. Ótima localização, fácil acesso ao melhor ponto da praia das Toninhas, seguro, duas vagas na garagem, acomoda tranquilamente 8 pessoas apesar de estarmos em apenas 4 adultos e 1 bebê. Apto com cozinha equipada, ótimos colchões, máquina de lavar e uma vista belíssima para o mar.
