This modern double storey townhouse is located in a dead-end court, it's safe and quiet. Easy access to public transports, supermarkets, parks, local cafes, and restaurants, you're just 30 minutes from the Melbourne CBD. It provides a private courtyard, 2.5 bathroom, 4 bedrooms with 3 Queen-sized beds and 2 separate triple bunk beds. Each bedroom features an Air Conditioner, accommodating up to 10 guests.
You'll be provided with all the essentials: bed linens, towels, shampoo, body wash, TV, fridge, hot water kettle, cooking basis, toaster, microwave, cutlery and a highchair and more.

Ground Floor:
The open kitchen, living and dining space is spacious enough for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. A separate toilet is on the ground floor as well. The laundry room is next to the staircase.

First Floor/Upstairs:
· The master bedroom features walk-in robe, A/C and a fully equipped ensuite bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a integrated basin.
· The second bedroom features a Queen size bed, a built-in wardrobe.
· The third bedroom (lounge room) features a Queen size bed.
· The fourth bedroom has two lovely trio bunk beds, it comfortably sleeps two underneath and one on top.
· There is another spacious fully equipped bathroom with bathtub, a built-in shower, a toilet and a double basin vanity unit.

Our modern and lovely home is very close to Doncaster Westfield shopping center, a one-stop hub for shopping, fun & relaxation. There is a shortcut to Westfield Shopping Center through a gate between unit 2 and 3 (the key for lock provided).

• This listing is the entire house, so you will have access to the whole place during your stay, and don't have to share it with the host or other guests.
• The garage is not available to park in, as it is exclusively used for the owner storage and the cleaners' workshop.
• Free unlimited Wi-Fi
• Free guest parking spots (driveway or Off-street parking available)
• Modern fully-equipped Kitchen.

We would always aim to not intrude on your stay if at all possible and would not come into the house during your stay, unless invited or needed for urgent maintenance works or stock management.

Doncaster is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 16 km north-east of Melbourne's CBD. Whether you're here for work or play, our location puts you in the heart of everything Doncaster has to offer.

1. The Bus stop is 500 meters away.
2. Westfield Doncaster Shopping Center is around 600 meters away.
3. Only 15 minutes drive to Melbourne City.
4. Take a Skybus from airport to Southern cross station at City.
5. Take a bus from Southern Cross Station to Westfield Shopping Center, then 10 minutes' walk to our house.

• Please place the council bins out to the natural strip kerbside with the lid closed on MONDAY night for weekly collection.
• Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
• Please turn off the A/C and lights when you go out.
• Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged ( is subject to availability ) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a few extra rolls, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
• Happy to discuss long-term or reoccurring bookings at a discounted rate, please contact me.
• We are committed to making your stay as happy, enjoyable, welcoming, and as comfortable as possible.

* We may ask for a government photo ID like a driver's licence or passport to verify your legal name and so on.
* Please input actual guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
* Guest is strictly forbidden for any parties or event held in the property, if we found any house rules are broken by the guests, host will have the rights to request guest to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately with penalty fines for any lost or damages causes in the property or the building.
* Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Must remain quiet after 9.30 pm and before 8 am. You will be evicted immediately if we are called out because of noise complaints, disruptive behaviour or disturbance with no refund of rent and your security bond.
* Please leave the property in clean & tidy condition. Clean the oven and kitchen after use it, otherwise $60 applied. Over and above general cleaning charges will deducted from the bond if the property is left dirty or there has been damage caused.
* Please ensure that bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed by the night before collection day (details will be stated at the property). * Please place bins 30 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
* Please keeping the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
* Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.
* Remember to return the house key to the lock box at check-out.
* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability upon request and an additional charge of $20 per hour fee applied.
* Parking is available on the street in front of the property, free and unlimited. There is a 24H security camera at the front of the house.
* Guest’s age must be over 30. This means that someone who is under the age limits cannot book a stay for themselves.

By booking you agree that you have read and agree to comply with these rules, failure could result in loss of your deposit and /or being asked to leave the property.

Great Staycation

My stay at this property was more of a staycation - I live in the same area but wanted to move into something bigger temporarily as had family visiting me from overseas and we needed more bedrooms. This beautiful property served all our needs and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The owner was lovely and very helpful.

Beware!

Not good! Host was difficult to contact. Host refused to provide the passcode until 3:30pm. We spent hours between properties wondering if it was a scam. First night found a hair in a bed. First morning a mouse ran across the living room. Mouse droppings found in bedrooms. Detritus fund under the bed. Fan in ensuite did not function. Beds for 10, but large oven to feed the family did not work! Double garage in photos, but unable to be used. Host claims ample on street parking, but it is a cul-de-sac turning circle.
