As we are given the honor of serving you, you have our commitment we’ll be ready to keeping close watch (virtually) and helping to adapt to your needs, and not the other way around. Anything less in my books will be unacceptable..

In 15 minutes from St Pete International Airport, you get to this Location.
The complex is only 3 miles away from beautiful Clearwater Beach which has been consistently and constantly rated as one of the Best Beaches in America.
The condo includes free Wi-Fi high speed 100 mbps Internet. It is conveniently close to Downtown St. Petersburg, Tampa, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs, areas of Florida which have lots of attractions and history.
Guests can enjoy long sunny days at the beautiful perfect beaches or by the heated pool in the complex. You can also take a 90 minute drive to the Orlando Theme Parks like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea-world.

Avalon at Clearwater complex is indeed only 15 minutes from St Pete’s International Airport, so very easy to find it and to feel instantly safe as Avalon is a gated complex with electronic key that will be provided.

This Condo is located on ground floor with no stairs to climb and your stay will be amazing as the condo includes:

• Free parking space: choose what is convenient for you
• Wi-Fi: in the Condo as well as at the Pool
• In Unit: Laundry and supplies
• Balcony: with chairs (+extra folding chairs) and small table

Amenities include a gorgeous, resort style swimming pool that is not crowded, BBQ area at the pool, gazebo, an elegant clubhouse with business center and internet access as well as a fitness center, all nestled between beautiful maintained court yards.

Clearwater Plaza, with Publix Supermarket and other Outlets Stores, is just across the street making the stay ideal and very convenient for daily necessities.

Also: Restaurant with terrace and yummy food is just in front of this complex.

Carmen is THE most excellent host-communication was wonderful & she is so friendly & helpful. The condo is superb & has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your stay - down to shampoo, conditioner, detergent, dishwasher tabs, food wrap. We cooked a range of food with ease when not dining out.The condo is near enought to the pool to be handy but far enough to be quiet & our overall stay was very peaceful. The pool is fabulous - lovely and warm & the salt water is very kind to the skin. It was never crowded & at times had it all to ourselves. It was great for swimming lengths which is what my husband & I like to do. There is plenty of shade when the weather is very hot. My husband also enjoyed the gym, which was never crowded & good choice of equipment. The place is near to beaches & our favourite was Sand Key public beach only 5 miles away. It has toilets, showers, & a food trailer serving excellent coffee for 3! Park all day for only 6 If you are looking to stay at The Avalon please look no further than this great condo!

Relaxing home from home convenient for beach, stores and touring.

Many thanks to Carmen and Alex for allowing us to use this lovely, relaxing apartment and being such lovely hosts! Although the style is a little dated it was spotlessly clean, well kept, comfortable and really well equipped. Everything you needed from beach furniture,cool box and pool noodles to all the vital kitchen equipment, plus most important as far as I was concerned an actual stove top kettle! Us English need to be able to brew tea! There was also plenty of clean linen, towels and cleaning supplies such as washing powder, hand soap and toilet paper. Check in was really easy as Carmen sent us all the details needed to with clear maps, photos and instructions well in advance and was available on the day for any questions. In fact she was really friendly and quick to respond to any query we had. The on-site pool was really nice and clean, and despite us being there over the Easter school break there were always sun loungers available. Avalon is in a good area and it felt very safe. Unusual in my experience for the US there were stores, take aways and services just across the highway a few steps away. There is even a nail bar! Abe’s Bar and Restaurant is next door so you don’t need a car to go to dinner. The only down side for me was that the beach was too far to walk to, it’s about 15 mins drive to Clearwater or Indian Rocks, the causeway can be congested at weekend. There is a bus stop right outside and Trolley Buses nearby. All in all we were sad to leave.

Perfect retreat

We stayed two nights and it was perfect for us. The condo is close to the ballpark so an easy drive to the game. It is a short drive to the beaches and the owner provides the chairs, towels and umbrellas for a day in the sun. There are very good local restaurants or a grocery store if you prefer to cook. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay

I had a great time in the days I stayed at the Avalon. Everything from the pool, gym and the room itself made me right at home. Carmen checked on me regularly and communicated affectively.

Carmen's Condo in Clearwater

We really enjoyed our stay . Carmen's place was exactly as advertised. It is situated in a secure gated community. It has a great pool and a decent gym which we made good use of. Throughout our 6 week stay, Carmen was a very attentive host and even texted us a few times just to check if everything was okay. The condo came well stocked with plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was well equipped and included a slow cooker and a blender. These were unexpected but welcome additions. On the last day we were there, we had occasion to meet Carmen and her husband. They are great people who truly care about their tenants. Accordingly, we would recommend renting from Carmen to anyone.

Enjoyable Florida stay

This was our first time at the Avalon and the owner Carmen was so helpful from the moment I started booking this beautiful place. Carmen and her husband are such fabulous people we arrived early and found them both in the condo finishing up. I would definitely recommend this place and any other place Carmen owns they are truly proud of what the rent. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, clean condo

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this condo, and the 6th time we have stayed at the Avalon property. Very clean and quiet. Pool is very nice. We stayed for a month and had everything we needed. Carmen is a great host and responds quickly to any question/comment.

Had a few items that made our stay not quite as good as we hoped for Not having a stove that worked correctly made our stay complicated as food we bought we could not use .Suggestion of installing bar in tub for safety purposes Living room couches very uncomfortable .All in all it was a relaxing vacation despite the few glitches

May 2021 stay

My friend and I stayed for a week at this listing and it was even more excellent than the pictures! It was clean, functional, and there were more than enough supplies/extras to get us through our week! Carmen is also a quick responder and even allowed us to check in early! I highly recommend this adorable place to anyone interested! :)
