Home away from home

We loved our long weekend in this bright, spacious, clean, well thought out home. Check-in and check-out were easy and everything was as described! Fabulous location walking distance to town. Would definitely stay here again!

Great time in Orange

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely Edwardian home. The property was spacious, well appointed and very clean. Great coffee shop opposite. A quite area and within walking distance of the city center. Orange is a great place to visit. Would highly recommend this accomodation.

Fabulous house, clean and has everything you could possibly need. Excellent location, walk to town centre and awesome coffee across the road. Very helpful owner, easy to communicate with. We all loved our stay - thanks Graham.

Sad News

I travelled to Orange to visit my elderly mother. She passed away whilst I was here. The accommodation I had was booked for the next week, so had to move to another property. We stayed at this property for the next five days. It was our control centre to organise and reminisce. The house was clean, warm and welcoming. We were grateful to have a place to retreat that seemed ‘homey’. Thanks

Warm and spacious, fabulous location

Graham’s house is in the perfect location for walking to parks, cafes (a fabulous one across the road!), Orange Regional gallery and museum. It is toasty and warm, and spotlessly clean. Such a wonderful home away from home for our little family.

Perfect location

It took less than 10 mins for us to walk into town from this house, which made it a perfect location. Great heating, comfy bed, good kitchen, and the back room is lovely and sunny for much of the day, making it an ideal reading spot.

Excellent house and great location to the best coffee house in town, we would stay they again

The property is better than the photos show, you would have more bookings if you showed more of the house in the ad, ie need to add photos of the Bathroom, Laundry and lounge and Kitchen, they are all great.

Perfect young family retreat.

Property was perfect and very clean. Host was approachable and great with communication. Lovely touches of fresh bread, milk and local bottle of bubbly. Very kid friendly and homely. Great separation for kids and adults. Kids loved the back TV room with ample lounge seating and heater. Kids loved the beds. Great outdoor area. Central to town and eateries. Already trying to plan our next stay.

Very convenient

Host very accommodating allowed us to check in early as we had a function. Great Cafe steps away so good we ate there 3 times in 3 days. Liked the house had two living rooms and large kitchen. Not far from the centre of town. My only gripe would be the lighting was a little dim but with the lamps on it was fine. We would definitely book this again if we needed to come to Orange again. All in all a lovely visit

Great stay in Orange

Traditional older style Orange house in great condition with all of the amenities you need to for a family stay. A great location opposite the best cafe in town. Graham is an excellent host.

A warm and cosy home for unexpected lockdown

This is a gorgeous house in a wonderful location. It is much larger than it appears in the photos, and has toasty warm ducted heating, luxury appliances and is spotlessly clean. As we pulled into the driveway, the Central Coast (where we had travelled from) went into a snap lockdown along with Greater Sydney, so our holiday in Orange was not at all what we had planned. Despite this, Graham’s house was a really lovely place to spend our lockdown holiday - Our 1 year old and 5 year old especially loved the fenced outdoor areas in the winter sun. We will be back, and next time hopefully we will be able to leave the house to explore more of beautiful Orange!

Great stay!

We were very impressed. From the ease of booking to all parts of the accommodation. The house to all parts of Orange ad has a great café across the road. The small touches of a fresh loaf of bread and fresh milk for when we arrived and the bottle of local wine. What more can I say.... thank you!

We are in a beautiful heritage area of Orange one block from Cook Park and right across the road from great breakfast, lunch and coffee at the Byng Street Local Store.

350 metres to Ferment, the cellar door for many local wineries.

650 metres to local dining institution Lolli Redini.

1.1 km to Duntryleague Golf Course

Local bus stop at front door.

Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the house and garden, excluding the shed.

Graham is always available via phone, text or email.
