RATES & INCLUSIONS
Minimum stay of 7 nights.
Rates are inclusive of all linen for the amount of guest staying, with the exception of beach towels
A starter pack is included (D/Washing tablets, soaps and toilet paper)


HOUSE RULES -A $1500 bond is required 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
Bookings will not be secured until the deposit is paid

No pets

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES
STRICTLY NO WEDDING CEREMONIES, WEDDING RECEPTIONS, HENS OR BUCKS PARTIES. NO EXTRA GUESTS PERMITTED OTHER THAN THE ADVERTISED 10-12 PEOPLE. Summertide House has a no party policy.
