Cosy, spacious, Borneo ethnic home with amazing views

Catch mesmerizing sunsets over the South China Sea from the comfort of Walai Dahai (Our Home in the native Kadazandusun language), a spacious 1,098 sq ft apartment with a touch of ethnic Borneo. Located on the 15th floor of condominium just 6 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes to downtown and most shopping malls and 5 minutes to supermarkets, eateries and nightspots. It is also minutes away from various attractions including the Sunday Gaya Street Fair and the Donggongon Tamu or farmers’ market. After catching the sunset, take a 2 minute stroll to a renowned seafood restaurant. Walai Dahai is also just five minutes by car to nearby supermarkets and a wide variety of night spots. Walai Dahai can comfortably accommodate 5 people as it is equipped with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Kitchen: • Induction cooker • Microwave • Electric kettle • Rice cooker • Fridge • Cooking utensils • Dining utensils • Fan Dining/Living Area: • Air-conditioning and fan • Dining table that seats 6-7 persons • 2 sofas that can sit up to six persons • 2 single seaters to take in the sunset and amazing views from the apartment. • 36” Flat screen TV with Unifi channels • High speed fibre internet (30 Mbps) Utility Area: • Washing machine A hair dryer as well as iron and ironing board are also provided. A covered parking bay is also provided to guests with vehicles. Bedroom 1 and 2: • Air-conditioning • Queen-sized bed • Wardrobe • Towels and linens Bedroom 3: • Single bed • Fan • Towels and linens Bathrooms: • Water heater • Soap and shampoo provided A hair dryer as well as iron and ironing board are also provided. A covered parking bay is also provided to guests bringing their vehicles.Guest access We will personally meet our guests at their arrival at and departure from the condominium for the handover of the apartment keys. We can also pick them from and send them to the airport. Interaction with guests We live just two minutes away and we can be contacted anytime if necessary. Other things to note 0 No smoking or vaping in the apartment 0 No parties, gatherings or events. 0 No pets 0 Check in anytime after 3pm and check out is at 12pm.
