Double room with box bed, chest of drawers and portable air conditioning as well as full bedding and bath. Social bathroom. Room with table for 8 people, sofa bed, cable TV, Wi-fi. Full kitchen with all utensils and also fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine and electric oven. Utility area with washer and dryer. 02 garages. Condominium with 24 hour surveillance. Walk high with morning sun. Near Shopping Beira Mar (10 min. Walk), Public Market, Supermarkets, Bakery, Pizzerias, Restaurants and Bars. Anyway, you can do almost everything on foot. Quick departure to the main beaches of Florianópolis.

MÁGICO , ESPETACULAR!!

Imóvel alto nível, impecável, espaçoso, mobiliário de extremo bom gosto, localização privilegiada ,rua muito calma, pouco transito, perto da Av.Beiramar, padarias, supermercados, farmácias, comercio, shopping... Anfitriã , Márcia, extremamente atenciosa, preocupada em atender bem e propiciar uma excelente estadia na ilha. Com certeza voltaremos..rs...Recomendamos fortemente este imóvel.
