**Very clean unit with over 9 years of positive reviews** This is the perfect couple’s retreat! You and your loved one (and your dog) can stay where the action is! Enjoy the sun and water at the beach during the day or go for romantic walks at night. We are located within easy walking distance of the heart of Carolina Beach directly across from the end of the boardwalk on the ocean side. The Carolina Beach Harbor is across the street on the opposite (west) side. Enjoy the ocean views or watch the Thursday summer fireworks from your private deck. Nearby restaurants/night life include Nollie's, Stoked, Hurricane Alley, Silver Dollar, Sea Witch, and many others. The Carolina Beach fishing pier is 1.5 miles from the unit.

When you walk into our place, you will be greeted with lots of natural light and ocean views from the private deck. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet with hangers, drawers for your belongings, fan, safe for valuables, and a smart TV.

The kitchen features refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It includes cookware, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, knives, drip coffeemaker, Keurig, and an assortment of accessories.

The bathroom has a full-sized washer and dryer tucked away in a nook, making it easy to toss in your wet towels and swimsuits from the beach or pool to wash/dry. Basic towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body soap are provided.

Enjoy your private balcony where you can sip freshly brewed coffee or a glass of wine as you take in the sights, sounds, and breeze from the ocean.

The unit is furnished with high-speed Wi-Fi, two smart TV’s, and local phone service. The unit sleeps a maximum of 2 Adults and 2 children with one queen bed, and twin Captain's Quarter style bunk beds. Sheets are provided.

The unit comes with one included parking spot. If you need an extra spot, additional paid town parking is available in an adjacent lot at a daily rate, or a non-resident annual pass can be purchased from the town (in advance). https://www.carolinabeach.org/i-want-to/apply-for/parking-permits/-fsiteid-1

Access to the unit is through a keyless pad. On-site community pool requires a key, which is available inside the unit.

*****Dogs require PRIOR approval, acceptance of the pet agreement, and payment of an additional pet fee of $150.00. If a guest brings dogs without approval, the pet fee will be deducted from the security deposit. *****

Carolina Beach is a great town!

Overall we were very pleased with the property and dealing with the manager, who was very prompt with responses. Carolina Beach is a lovely town and there's a lot to do! The beach and ocean were terrific as were many of the bars and shops.

We had a wonderful stay! It was very clean and easy to check in. The location was PERFECT! Very close to the boardwalk, Nollie’s Taco Joint, and the beach. The pool was a great way to end a hot beach day. Definitely recommend for any couple/small family. Our Boston Terrier loved it too!

This was a fantastic condo. Very clean and a nice beachy homey place. Had everything we needed for the week for cooking and everything. Loved the extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc as well too. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location

The property is perfect had all amenities needed. Location was no more than two blocks from everything. Can here live band from balcony every night. Hostess was absolutely amazing kept in contact and helped us out with anything we needed. Great attention to detail. Will definitely stay again😁

Great Location

We really loved the location of this property. The balcony has a great view of the fireworks and you also get somewhat of an ocean view. We were close to all of the shops and boardwalk activities and of course the ocean was right there. The only complaint was that the main bed is uncomfortable but could be easily fixed with a mattress pad or new mattress. Otherwise accommodations were great and host was very responsive.

Girls weekend

This was a wonderful condo. It provided all the necessities for the stay that we needed. Way more than the house we moved too for the rest of our stay. It was a great location to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk that we let our teens walk to during the day. Awesome stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the condo! It was a huge plus that we could bring our pups with us. The condo is clean, well stocked with basic essentials, located in a safe area, and within walking distance of the beach. It was a short walk to the boardwalk and other places in town. The condo was on the second floor, 4 sets of 8 stairs. The pool was very clean, and I noticed it was cleaned often. The host is very good at communication and is friendly! After spending a week there, I highly recommend and look forward to staying again next time.

Sharon’s condo was exactly what our family of three needed. Even though we were there for medical purposes, we made the best of our time by enjoying the many activities in and near Carolina Beach. I absolutely loved the view from the balcony. The condo was well equipped with kitchen utensils, cleaning items, and even toiletries. I highly recommend Sharon’s condo to any small size family.

We loved our stay. The property was within close walking distance to the beach, stores, restaurants and the boardwalk. We only had to use our car once to go to the grocery store. Pool area is small but we enjoyed it everyday. The owner was quick to respond when I had questions. We would definitely book this property again!
