The owner of the property gave us the wrong check in details which were not corrected until 12 hours after check in. They also tried to get us to put cash in the drop box for a tax already paid via Expedia.

Terrible. Had to vacate the unit and go to a hotel

We checked in late evening. It was simply horrible. The unit was not clean, the bed linens smelled of vomit. The walls of the unit had many patches and presented a very uninviting appearance. The sofa was covered with what appeared to be a dirty cloth. Hardly any toiletries and small towel (smelled) in the bathroom. Tried to contact the property manager but no suitable and prompt resolution was available. We left after one night although we had reservation for 5 nights. This sort of property should not be offered for rental. Asking for a full refund.

Great location, great views, couldn't ask for anything more.

Upon arrival, check-in was super easy. When we entered the unit, the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a view to take your breath away. Conveniently located! A bit of a long walk from the LRT stop, but still convenient and easy. Catching a cab was pretty simple as well. Walking distance to Jalan Alor, one of the biggest nighttime food markets we've ever enjoyed. Plus, a couple of restaurants and a 7-11 with ATM right in the building! Ivan, the property owner, was super helpful! He welcomed us to the city, checked in with us a few times, and he even helped to very kindly arrange our cab to the airport when it was (sadly) time to move on. If I have one recommendation, grab a map while at the airport or rail station, we did struggle to locate a TI.

A very comfortable unit in the central heart of KL

I rented Simon's vacation house on in Kuala Lumpur during my stay in KL for Chinese New Year. we are a family of 4 including my parents and my sister. The amenities that Simon provided inside is very good. With very fast Wi-Fi, washer+dryer as well as a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for us to cook some snacks like maggie mee and rice during our stay. We also enjoyed the pool very much. In addition, there is also convenience store and groceries just right beside the property building. Perhaps one of the most convenient stay at the heart of KL in my opinion. I would really recommend people that thinking of booking with Simon as he is very friendly and kind to show us around the area as well as recommend us some nice local restaurants to eat. :)

Our place is called Bukit Bintang, also known as Golden Triangle - the most happening place in KL. All the following top tourist hotspots are within 5 to 15 min walks from Robertson :

- 5 min to Jalan Alor ( most famous food street in KL ).
- 5 to 10 min to Changkat Bukit Bintang ( most famous night life, bar & bistro, massage parlour ).
- 10 to 12 min to Pudu, another food haven for locals.
- 5 to 10 min to China Town ( since 1857, the earliest KL settlement ).
- 5 to 10 min Central Market ( since 1888, Art & Cultural mall )
- 15 min to KL Tower ( highest viewing deck in KL ) & bird park.
- 10 to 12 min to Star Hill, Lot 10 and Pavillion ( the best shopping mall and district in KL ).
- 5 min to Times Square shopping mall.
- 15 min to KLCC twin tower ( Malaysia most iconic shopping, park and high life area ).
- 5 to 8 min walk to metro station LRT ( Plaza Rakyat station ) and MRT ( Merdeka station )

This is a friendly apartment.

- Airport transfer is available, about RM120 for 7 seaters car, good for group with some luggages.
- Grab ( merge with Uber ) from Airport is RM80 for 5 seaters car.
- Daytrip within KL, Genting, Melaka and Ipoh is available. Price is inclusive of car, driver, fuel and toll charges.
- Car rental is starting from RM120/day for a 5 seaters.
- Daily cleaning can be arranged at RM65/cleaning ( normally, the house is cleaned after check out/ every 7 days for long stay guest ).
- Early check in/ late check out can be arranged at RM20/hour ( subject to availability ). Standard check in time is 3pm onward and check out is 12 noon.
- 24 hours self check in & check out available.
