We enjoyed our visit 7-26-8/2/2025. Loved the location, beautiful views. Lots of space for everyone! Kids loved their own game room area! Loved that we were close to everything without being in the busy parts of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. It was great there were only a few steps to get into cabin and my parents could stay on main level. Parking was nice to be right in front of cabin but needs a sign to mark these spots like other cabins had theirs marked. Overall we loved the cabin and would consider renting again if coming to the area!

The dishwasher needs to be replaced cause it would mold overnight. Other than that it was a great place. The location was ideal for everything.

We loved everything about this place. Plenty of room to park 2 large vehicles, beautiful view, well-stocked kitchen including a freezer that makes ice, nice hot tub, access to the community pool, a nice game room and plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. One thing that needs addressed is the dishwasher. It has a very musty smell, and black spots all over the inside (couldn’t tell if it was mold). The racks were also a little rusty and some broken spots where the dishes go. The lamps in the living room were useless bc there was no outlet to plug them into and the ceiling fan plate needs to be reattached to the ceiling. Overall, a beautiful place to stay! Just double check the community pool situation because I believe that won’t be an option after 6/30/25.

Great stay for families

We stayed here for spring break. It was far enough off the main drag to be peaceful, but close enough to everything to be convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfy, everyone in our party had their own space without feeling cramped. The voews are spectacular! It is great for families or friends getaways.

Very Nice.

Cabin was very nice, we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone. The day we pulled in there was a bear in the tree at our steps. That is the only bear we seen. Had a Great week.

Great place for a family!

Close to Dollywood and Gaitlinburg both! We loved the privacy of the cabin -- great downstairs for kids and parents, a loft for a teenaged boy, a master with privacy and its own large heart-shaped tub, and yet another room downstairs on the main level. It was perfect accommodations for us!

Nice cabin, great location

The cabin was perfect for our combined families. We were 11 total and fit comfortably. Great location near town for anything we needed during our stay.

Dishes were dirty, springtail bugs in the master bed and bathroom. Wires were hanging out of the ceiling fan. Needs upkeep done to the properties.

Family Vacation

To begin on a positive note, I found the listing to be factually accurate. There was plenty of space with no crowding. Our visit was certainly not ruined due to this property, however, it was in no way enhanced by this property. This property is in serious need of repairs and a deep cleaning. There is absolutely zero lighting from the parking spaces to the porch/deck. The dishwasher is absolutely disgusting inside. The HVAC return vent has gunk an inch think visible. The ceiling fans rock significantly and still have the chains hanging (despite having wall switches) and so they clank LOUDLY all day and night long. It’s probably time to replace the couches (at least one) as there is no longer any support. My family needed to wear she’s inside at all times after all of our feet were filthy after one afternoon. Lastly, while there was notice via email, the inability to utilize the pool on property is a huge problem and I hope was removed from the listing.

Family Vacation

The cabin with spacious for our family. We enjoyed all the space and were able to relax. Unfortunately, we did run into some issues that required maintenance. However, they were unable to repair the issues during our stay so we lost out on having an arcade in the gaming room for our children. The cabin appeared to be clean overall, but we found mold in multiple places and the vents were dirty! It could really use a deep clean! The view was nice, but you could hear the traffic throughout the day and night on the main road in your view!

Meme’s 80th Birthday!

The cabin was nice and it snowed while we were there so the view was beautiful watching the snow come in. Plenty of room for our big bunch. I liked that it had 4 separate rooms and not just a loft space “bedroom”. We enjoyed the hot tub. The Parking is tight, especially when the neighbors have a big family too so be prepared for really only room for two cars to squeeze in. The living room area is on the smaller side so being able to gather and all hangout together feels like your kinda packed in, but it works. They provide dishwasher pods but no actual dish soap (I brought extras of other things not provided, I just didn’t realize that was something there wasn’t even like a starter amount of and wished I would’ve grabbed some to bring.) The bunk beds downstairs need a little TLC, there were some open screws showing on the end, and a few nails sticking out of the wall over the top bunk that one of our kids got scratched on because they were small and you didn’t readily notice them but they served no purpose. The fitted sheets were put on the bunks but the top sheets were folded under the comforter…. I’m not sure what the purpose was there but just a Little aggravating at bedtime with kids. Everything seemed clean for sure, just a little unfinished. The bathrooms were very clean. The gaming table downstairs didn’t work. And all of the tvs could use updating so that streaming is available. Overall, we had a good trip and Meme had a ball on her special weekend.
