Cozy apartment

hosts are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very clean, really big for NJ area, well located near public transportation, restaurants and parks. Quiet neiborhood. The apartment is homey feel. We stayed for 2 weeks sad couldn't be longer. Looking forward to return pretty soon.

Nothing but AMAZING

The best experience ever! The property was nothing but amazing, clean, new, fresh! The hosts were on top of everything and provided us with all the info and assistance we needed for a great experience and stay. We absolutely loved the property!!! great stay!

Owners are OCD clean which was a VERY pleasant surprise. we didn't know what to expect coming from out of town, but the check in was great with Michael, communication was extremely efficient with Simmona. Place was in great condition, everything exactly as described. They even left water and soda in the fridge which was a welcome surprise! Parking was right downstairs. They left us with a lot of helpful information about local groceries, etc. If I ever wanted to stay in the area again, i would 100% stay here. Travel to manhattan was also extremely easy!

Best Stay in New York

From the beginning our contact with Simona was excellent. Very responsive to every message. Upon arrival their home was exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated by Simona and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Her husband Michael took the time to explain bus routes and transportation and Simona shared with us tips for getting around New York. Their home is conveniently located within one block of three major bus routes. It was the perfect stay and every way and Simona and Michael were wonderful hosts. We will be back to see them again. Thank you for making our trip so special.

Lovely stay

Very spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully decorated 3 bedroom apartment. Could not ask for more comfortable accommodations. Great for families. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Pretty much everything you need is there. Hosts were welcoming and helpful pointing out the sites for our family vacation to NJ/NYC. Nice park and restaurants to enjoy within walking distance on days when we did not want to battle traffic. For travel into NYC, we found it easier to book a parking spot and drive into the city although there are options of uber, bussing or ferry boat. Only downside was loud AC central unit in the hallway but not very noticeable in the bedrooms. Don't think twice, book it now! Highly recommend!

Great place in NJ near NYC!

Michael and Simone were great hosts. The place was really clean and seemed new. New furniture, beds, kitchen appliances, sheets, comforters. We had two families with 5 kids together and it fit us very comfortably especially with the two queen beds in the master. My complaint because my wife is a snob about the shower was that the water pressure and temperature in the master bath was less than ideal. It's warm enough to shower but some people like it scalding hot. You can tell that the hosts care and are very attentive to detail. there were extra towels, extra toilet paper, new roll of paper towel, extra garbage bags, netflix on every tv (that you don't need to sign yourself in). Michael was even nice enough to let us park 2 cars in their driveway/garage while they parked in the street. Thank you so much for that! There was even a little ikea tent that the kids loved and a few little toys that the entertained the kids. Would definitely come back!

Gem in New Jersey

Spotlessly clean apartment, in a safe location with stores close by and easy access to the bus service. The hosts were extraordinarily kind, welcoming and helpful. Their attention to detail went beyond anything that I have experienced at any VRBO in the past 10 years. Thank you to Michael and Simona for a truly memorable stay!

The VRBO is very clean and Hosts are very accommodating.

The overall VRBO is very up to date and clean. The hosts made sure we had a parking space, coffee, snacks and clean linens. Around the corner (a 2 minute walk) is Dunkin Donuts, Quick Chex (convenience store), CVS Pharmacy and Burger KIng. Excekllent experience and will stay again when in the area.

Couldn’t be happier! Wonderful hosts, clean, perfect space

This was an absolute GEM we found. From start to finish, the hosts and the space itself were five star! Hosts greeted us personally, helped with our luggage, we’re friendly but not overbearing at all, and they’re just lovely, good people. The space had 3 huge rooms with gobs of closets. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Bathrooms were clean. Great linens. Can’t say enough good things.

Wonderful apartment
