Location and comfort of the home is perfect for our family hunting vacation. The home is clean well kept and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We have stayed at the S&K house several times. The owner/host Sarah is responsive and helpful She has been awesome!!!

This was our last stay of our UP road trip, and we were very appreciative to have more space and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We weren't here very much since we were out exploring, but we have no complaints and would stay here again.

Very nice home to stay in

Great home to stay in. Kitchen was very useful since the eating options in town were not that great. Beautiful backyard space, very peaceful. Very close to Downtown Mackinaw City.

Family vacation

This property was excellent for our family vacation. Plenty of room, kitchen stocked with any dishes or cookware you may need. There’s a fire pit in the back yard. Owners are very responsive.

Clean, comfortable and well stocked

We stayed here for our annual girls trip. It was clean, comfortable and was well stocked. There was no shampoo and conditioner so bring your own. The location was close to town but there were no sidewalks or a safe path so we had to drive to town. It was a good stay but could have been great if we could have walked to town.

This home was the perfect spot! So close to the ferry. The home was spotless! Cute little screened in porch. Nice kitchen and nice bedrooms. Definitely check this one out!

Great Stay

My family had a great time staying at S&Ks place. The house was clean, in a very quiet location and was plenty of space for my family of 5 adults. The house is close to town; however, far enough away to miss all of the business of the town over the labor day weekend when we stayed. Would stay again if it fits into our needs.

This property has become a cherished part of our summer vacations to the area. Communications with the owners has been excellent, and the property is updated often and meticulously well kept and CLEAN... CLEAN... Perfect location!

Nice house

This VRBO is a great house to rent in the Mackinaw area. Its clean, comfortable and has all the amenities we need. We rented it last year for a ski weekend and came back for a whole week this year.

New Years Getaway UP North

We hunkered down in the cold for a low key NYE 2023. Played games, cooked dinner, and did puzzles. Home was exactly as advertised, well Stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and great location. Close to Mackinaw City and Cheboygan! We adventured north an hour to Lake Superior and did some rock hunting. Had lunch at Taquanemon Falls. Everything was perfect
 the weather, the house, and the scenery!

Our annual girls trip

My friends and I chose Mackinac City/Island this year for our annual girls trip, and we were very pleased with our choice of where to stay. The house was a great fit for our needs. It was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. We had everything needed for our home away from home and would definitely recommend this property for anyone traveling to the area.

Family day on the Island

We had such a wonderful time, the house was very clean and tidy. We loved the decorations and art work, loved the screened in porch. The proximity to town and to the ferry docks is amazing! We will definitely be going back again. Only slight downside was the water has a sulfur/metal kind of smell
 I don’t know if that’s something that they can even fix but that won’t stop us from coming back.

Great place! Very clean and even though its on a busy road the house was back far enough it was no big deal. We would definitely stay again! The owner answered any questions we had very quickly! Highly recommend!!

Perfect place with a perfect location!

A stay in Mackinaw City is always fun, but our stay was made even better by staying in a clean, comfortable and stylish home with an ideal location. With the bike trail out front of the property we were able to ride less than a mile to the ferry to go to the island and access other amenities in town without parking hassles.
