The upstairs has two bedrooms (one king, one queen), two twin beds tucked into the wall of the TV room (with a 55" flat screen), and another full bath. There's a half bath downstairs off the laundry room. There's also a Pak N' Play and a booster style high chair for littler guests.
Inside, you’ll find all new appliances and furnishings. The kitchen is roomy and open to the dining room and living room, has plenty of storage and a large island with seating for four. The dining room seats six with room to spare and has fantastic views of Mt. Hood and the Valley. The living room features a gas fireplace and a 55" flat screen television, and double glass doors to the front deck. There's wi-fi throughout the house. A gas grill on the back patio is available for your use, and the front deck is a relaxing place to enjoy the views with a cup of coffee or a glass of local beer or wine.

Located just five minutes off I-84, ZipHaus has easy access to the Fruit Loop, Mosier Twin Tunnels, the Whoopdee Trail for hiking and mountain biking, and great cycling routes right out the front door. In the winter, you're just 30-40 minutes from world class downhill skiing at Mt. Hood Meadows, miles of cross-country skiing at Teacup Lake and Cooper Spur Mountain (along with some easy downhill runs), sledding at Little Jon and White River Sno Parks, and miles and miles of snowshoeing.
