An olde worlde charm retreat, surrounded by a huge peaceful garden. A 26 year old wild fig in the back garden provides shade in the heat of the day and a place of rest and restoration. The double room with private en-suite bathroom is spacious, with high ceilings and wooden floors. The kitchen, lounge with DSTV and flat-screen TV and living areas are shared with other guests, the home owner and pets, Pancake and Sofia. The Plump Pelican is suitable for short overnight visits, business travellers, an artist’s retreat or longer term stays. Uncapped Wifi is free and well-mannered furry friends are welcome. The Plump Pelican Art Gallery showcases the vibrant works of resident artist, Karien Dutton.
