Ligger i det exklusiva området söder om femte stadsdelen, är min lägenhet ett kvarter från stranden med alla de bästa restaurangerna och nattlivet utanför dörren, vilket betyder att du är inom gångavstånd till allt! Mitt hem har precis renoverats och har mycket naturligt ljus och nya ytor. Du kan använda tvättmaskin och torktumlare samt nya apparater som High Speed WiFi & Bluetooth-högtalare. Jag levererar även strandstolar, strandkylare, strandleksaker, brädspel, TV med Streaming Services HBO ingår. Det finns Pack and Play till för familjer också. Hiss till golvet fungerar så för personer med barnvagnar och rullstolar.

Wonderful stay

My family had a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t be better - about a 3 minute walk to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants. The condo was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Easy to check in (keyless entry) and great communication from the owner. Highly recommend to families!

Great stay in a great location

We had a great stay at Marc’s apartment and he was very responsive to any questions we had during the stay. Very short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants, etc within a short walk. We stayed for a long weekend and didn’t need to Uber anywhere.

Sampling South Beach

The unit was very clean and hasa super location. We walked along the picturesque walkway down to South Beach when we arrived and took in the amazing lights and sights. The next day we walked up the beach to I guess Palm Beach. Again all the sights and colorful shops and places to eat. As Marc had advised, the parking spot was tight and with our Ford Explorer, we had to back in, but very doable, and with the lication we didn't use the car while we were there.

This south pointe rental was great for the 4 of us. It was super clean, location was great(walked everywhere) and super close to beach.

Great place right close by

I stayed here as it was one of the few places that had a parking spot. It's a tight spot but with a garage door and safe off the street. The best thing is all thechairs for the beach and ther options to use in the storage compartment behind the parking spot. the location is great and actually quite yet close to the beach and all the places you would want to see in south beach. It is a great comfortable place.

Miami Beach experience

We had a great stay at this location. We enjoy being close to the beach (3 minute walk), the promenade that you can walk up or down for miles and miles. Restaurants, bars all over the place yet not too close or noisy. Just need extra bath towels !

Amazing & Delightful Condo !

We loved this condo! The location is great. The place is bright, airy and elegant but also comfortable. The parking spot is a HUGE bonus. The landlord was easy and quick to communicate with and very helpful. All the appliances, bedding, etc are excellent quality. It had everything we needed for our stay.

This home was amazing!

I want to thank Marc for allowing us to stay in his beautiful home. 5 minutes from ocean drive if you want to be apart of the action/nightlife. The home was very clean and very accommodating. He provided beach chairs, beach umbrella’s and toys. This home was large enough for 6 adults. Perfect for a girls/guys trip!!

Perfect Location, Clean and Well Appointed

Our stay at Marc's home was perfect! We were in Miami on business with our 2 year old and he had all of the necessities to make us feel at home. He was very responsive to our questions and it was clear that he really wanted to make sure our visit was the best possible! If we're back in Miami again, we will for sure book with Marc!

Perfect!

My spouse and I traveled to South Beach with another couple to attend the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. The property was perfect. It was clean, decorated beautifully and the finishes and furniture were very nice. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning with our coffee. The parking garage was very convenient. We brought our car and rented bikes. The location was absolutely perfect! We were close to everything. Last year, we stayed on 10th Street and it was very loud at night and hard to sleep. This location - South of 5th - was quiet and we all got great sleep, while being close enough to walk or ride our bikes to all the hot spots. Marc was accommodating and helpful anytime we had a question. We will definitely be back!

Nice

Great location, very walkable. Feels like a safe neighborhood. Has all the amenities you need but we did not cook, so can’t speak to kitchen tools. The check in process was confusing because there are several codes all saved in different places. The walls are very thin so we could hear whenever neighbors came or left the building - bring your earplugs (we also played white noise on the tv one night and on our own portable speaker another). The parking stall is teeny and challenging to get into with a bigger vehicle, but it was very convenient to have! Overall a nice experience.

Next to the party but not in it! The perfect location for almost any group. This is a quite no party building so you can enjoy your sleep but close to all the action. Tons of great restaurants and bars right in the neighborhood. Very little rift raft so make it a great walking area.
