Hi Ann, thank you for your review. We wanted to pass along the following feedback from the homeowner: "Unfortunately we have been met by an unusual set of circumstances. Our cleaning manager was severely under the weather with a migraine for over 48 hours. Despite her efforts to find a replacement, she was unable. She did go to the house to check to make sure if you needed anything during your stay. As a result, she took full responsibility and offered to make things right, and did our best to address your concerns right away. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope you choose to stay with us again."
