An oasis in the desert! Spacious one story, 2600 sq ft (260 m) house with a huge pool and diving board! Enjoy TV with cable, Amazon Prime, Netflix, AppleTV, PS3, pool table, air hockey, darts, blackjack, roulette, craps table & social games. The house is a 7 min drive from the Strip, 5 min walk to UNLV, and a short ride to conventions. Unwind in the large backyard with tall trees, birds, gazebo, BBQ, hammock, and nighttime lighting that makes your stay magical. We are (some) pet friendly.
When booking for conventions and other high demand dates, please inquiry with me before auto bookings. Thank you.

Great place to relax

This was a great place to get away and relax. Close to the airport, but very quiet neighborhood. Nice to have a place with 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Would consider staying here again.

Excellent stay with an excellent host.

Our group enjoyed a great week - and Asi is a top-tier host. He checked on us to make sure everything was working properly, and was lightning-quick responding to any and all needs. Would gladly spend another week at the property, especially the backyard!

Excellent for sales team

Each room was private. Perfect for a sales team doing a trade show at the Convention Center. The distance to the show and the strip was just right and being able to wind down away from the hustle of the strip was awesome. Very nice neighborhood. The house had everything we needed.

Great stay

We had a great time on our week long trip. The house was a perfect size for 6 adults and 2 small children. The pool was the best part. We spent most of our time in the back yard, swimming, and sitting under the gazebo. The neighborhood is a quiet one, so that was perfect for us. Another plus was that every room had it's own bathroom. Asi, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with as well. We had a small issue/request and he took care of it right away. Very attentive and caring. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Excellent location and great property for group trip

I took a group of 10 here and it was a perfect house for us. It had 4 separate rooms each with a bathroom in it minus one that had a bathroom right next to it. Can easily sleep 3 people in each room. The pool was even better than expected, it has a deep end with a diving board and also a large ledge in the shallow side that allows you to put a chair in the pool and hang out. It was a $15/15 min drive to old Vegas, where we spend most of our time. All of the games worked and were in great condition. The water damaged mentioned in a previous comment must have been repaired, as I didn’t notice any. Would definitely recommend for groups.

Not maintained at all

Very neglected property! Water damage to basics this property does not meet a reasonable expectation of a nightly rental. I own one in a different state and this one is very neglected. Just a bunch of gaming places into some clean pictures. I would not recommend a stay here at all.

I have to say your review is neither fair or accurate. For the record you did not mention that you stayed your whole stay at the house and never brought anything up. The previous group, that left the same day that you checked-in, never closed the shower curtain when showering which caused the baseboards to be wet. All baseboards in the bathrooms have been replaced. I wish you brought it up during your stay so it could have been addressed. Everyone else before you seemed to have a good time judging by the reviews. Again, I wish you had worked with me and I would have done all reasonable effort to make your stay enjoyable.

Family Thanksgiving Get Together

My family of 7 adults stayed here for 5 nights during Thanksgiving. Location was excellent - only 5-10 minutes to get to the Strip. We liked that there was so much to do! It has a new pool table, huge TV screen, ping pong, air hockey out-door couch and fire-table and more! We all enjoyed the massage chair! The large dining room table seats 6-8 and was perfect for Thanksgiving dinner.The yard is huge and well groomed. The big pool looked clean but November is too chilly in Vegas to use it. All the beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom has its own bathroom which provides the luxury of privacy. The house is not brand new and a few spots could use some extra attention. The place had a sort of fraternity house vibe. People have had a lot of fun here. Some things might be a bit worn but everything works! The owner, Asi, is extremely responsive to requests or complaints. He is eager to make his guests comfortable.

Fantastic Property

I could not be any happier about our experience at this property. The location is great- maybe a 15 minute drive to the strip and plenty of food and bar options in the immediate area. We had 11 of us staying at the house, very comfortably. Every bedroom has a bathroom, which made it convenient for getting ready on time. The backyard is amazing and spacious! We took advantage of the gazebo with the long table underneath, and spent a lot of time on the outdoor couches. We paid a little extra for an earlier check-in time, and I appreciated the owner's flexibility. He was very responsive to messages. The house was very clean and big enough for our group. The kitchen was prepped with utensils, plates, and cups. We just had to make sure to either hand clean or wash them in the dishwasher. Beds were very comfortable and had no trouble sleeping! Though the property is very spacious, we had to make sure to keep the noise level down at night to respect the neighbors. It wasn't a problem at all- even with 11 of us! This house made our trip! We all had a great time enjoying Las Vegas and catching up. Thank you to the owner for everything!!

Relaxing property with plenty of space and amenities

I chose to rent this property for a group of 8 adults to stay near both UNLV campus for NBA Summer League and the Strip. This property was reasonably price and provided a bed for each guest. Each room had two beds and 3 of the 4 rooms had private bathrooms. We never felt crowded and the rest of the house was spacious with many amenities. The house is in good shape and is priced accordingly. This property was in a good neighborhood in walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants, and UNLV campus. It was a hot weekend so we opted to take Uber/Lyft most places. ~15$ to strip. We did not choose the property for the extras, but we found them to be perfect to keep busy during the day before we headed to the strip. Dart board and pool table were in good shape and we got more use from the arcade games and massage chair than we anticipated. The backyard is large and amazing. It had a clean pool with both a deep end and shallow area that we lounged in during the hot day. It included a ping pong table and multiple areas with outdoor couch and patio table. Surprisingly had small chipping area with golf clubs and balls to use as well. The host was very communicative and flexible to our needs. I was having trouble with the VRBO app and the host allowed me to reach out directly to him. He warned us of the Las Vegas sound ordinance which requires minimal noise after 10 PM. He really cared for us and did not want the sound ordinance to be an issue for us during our stay.

Great location

Great location, close to the strip, stores and places to eat. Each room had a bathroom which made staying with multiple people super easy. The backyard was super relaxing and had everything to make the trip just what we wanted. There were lots of ways to keep entertained. We found this to be the best way to visit Vegas with family and friends.

Perfect family property

From the first communication I knew we found someone we could easily work with. The house is located in a perfect location. Large rooms that are furnished with furniture to accommodate a large family. 4 bedrooms each can sleep 3 and there is a restroom for each. The site is accurate about what you are renting. Nice kitchen, dinning room, game room and laundry room. If we needed anything at all the owner was so good about getting back to us and even delivered some needed batteries. Our family age range is 9 up to 63 yrs old. All of us had a great time with the clean swimming pool, playing pool and air hockey in the house. 2 great arcade games to play, etc. those activities made us some great memories. The outdoor grill was nice to use one night and we used the house kitchen other times. We sure would rent this property again. Very pleased with the owner and property.

Vegas getaway

We had this trip planned for over 2 years, had to reschedule due to COVID. Big house..almost every bedroom has its own bathroom which was helpful for 10 grown adults, owner was SPOT ON when it came to any issues. He made our concerns top priority and fixed everyone of them. Good place to stay with Family!

So many gaming options, the kids weren't bored 1 single time! Pool isn't heated but thoroughly enjoyed! Great visit and place to stay, Asi was very attentive and great!

Didn’t want to leave

Wonderful stay. Asi was very responsive to questions and our small group of 7 enjoyed the spacious accommodations. Hope to go back next year.

Disappointed

Place was dirty,patio furniture needs new cushions, pool was ice cold. On the flipside the owner was very easy to deal with just wished the place was as clean and nice as the pictures show.

Pretty Meh

The property is very close to the airport & UNLV campus, but that’s pretty much where the appeal ends. Not especially convenient to the strip or other parts of the city that people visiting would like to be. As the title states, the house is fine, but just overall pretty meh. It wasn’t dirty, but didn’t feel especially clean. Neighborhood was ok, but not nice. A/C was sketchy and had to use portable units throughout. As to the games, etc shown: there was 1 unbroken pool cue, 1 dart, a warped ping pong table, broken video game. Backyard was definitely the best part; Pool was reasonably clean and the little sitting area was nice at night, but host told us that a previous renter had the police called on them and were cited/fined for talking back there after 10pm. One of the bathrooms had an issue with the bath drain and had a terrible odor (plumber came out and fixed it the day before we left). Remotes in the master didn’t control the tv. All the linens/towels/cups/plates/etc were mismatched and old/dingy. House needs a lot of cleaning & upgrades before I could recommend it for anything other than possibly a 20-something bachelor party, but sounds like the city isn’t ok with short term rentals and is cracking down so you could wind up in trouble or without a place to stay either way.

Annual Vegas Vacation

This year we decided to rent a house with a pool, and we were not disappointed! The house is clean and close to everything (stores, the strip, restaurants). Lots of games/activities available. We spent our days in the fabulous pool. It's large, clean, and was perfect for the triple digit temperatures. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this house again.

Favorite VRBO yet!

This property was just wonderful. We took our 4 kids and some cousins and friends for a total of 10 people. The kids loved the pool and all the fun games. The huge TV in the living room was nice too. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of privacy for having 10 people. Asi, the owner, was a complete delight to deal with. He made everything easy! The neighborhood was great, and we were a quick Uber ride to the strip. Totally recommended for a completely different Vegas experience. Much more relaxing!

This is a very nice rental. If you have a wild party group this would not be the best considering the Vegas Noise Curfew, perfect for a family or mature group of adults

Great place and great location.

This was a great way to take our families to Vegas and experience all the city has to offer. The house was a good place to stay and the neighborhood was nice. It was easy to get in and out for our travels. The owner was great to deal with. He checked in on us and made sure we had the things we needed. I would recommend this place because it was both a relaxing spot to be at the end of the day and the owner was concerned about how things were going. There are several places out there that pretty much ignore you upon arrival but this was not the case here.
