The Best location in the town.

You can walk very easily to any restaurant or attraction in the town. No car needed once you arrive. Loved the view. Only minor complaint is the set up with the bathroom. There is only the one sink for the whole space, it is placed outside the bathroom and the only mirror is placed precariously over the sink & bar area. Not very accessible with all girls in the room, there was no other mirror to do hair or makeup. An addition of one or two full-length mirrors would be a nice touch. Other than that, the foot traffic going up and down from the rooftop bar is hardly noticable from inside the unit and it is a great perk to run upstairs for a drink or snack. Thank you for an enjoyable vacation.

There were no task lights for reading, only poor ceiling lights. No sink in the bathroom. Had to use the food prep sink. The refrigerator is noisy and on its last legs. Anyone with physical difficulties needs to be warned away. The outside stairs are hazardous.

Convenient Location and Great Place to Stay!

We loved how centrally located we were to everything. You can walk to just about everything you want to do. After long days in the sun, the big deck was relaxing and enjoyable, with a great view! We had our dogs with us and this place accommodated us wonderfully. If you have a big truck, parking isn't ideal, but you can drop everything off and park down at the bottom of the hill.We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

This studio room was a great place for us to stay while visiting Lava Hot Springs. The location is great. It’s close to the pool, the river, the hot pools, and right on the middle of town so everything was working walking distance. It was pretty clean and comfortable. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The room was clean the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view was amazing and the fireworks were spectacular like our own private viewing. We didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t a sink or mirror in the bathroom. Also a toaster oven would’ve been very useful.

Enjoyed our stay

The Downtown Abbey House was a delightful and cozy location for our family gathering. The kitchen worked out perfect for preparing family meals. The kitchen was stocked with most of the items needed to cook full dinners. Many of us also enjoyed the hot tub. The location made it convenient to walk anywhere in town. Our stay was just after Christmas, so we didn't have an opportunity to enjoy the nice backyard with a fire pit area. However, the house had a nice Christmas tree, plus a few other decorations, to make the house very festive for our family Christmas gathering. One little funky thing about the house. Although there are 3 bedrooms downstairs, one with a bathroom, one of the bedroom's occupants have to walk through another bedroom to get to the other basement bathroom or walk up the stairs to the one bathroom up stairs. Would enjoy staying here again.

Outstanding experience

The property was in a beautiful location . My daughters and I had a wonderful time. The room was modern and clean and fit our needs . The owner was very accommodating and friendly and we appreciate him .

Loved our stay here. The view is beautiful. Super close to the pools. I would have loved a bedside lamp, and a mirror in an accessible location for hair and makeup. The property management is fast with text replies and accommodations. With dogs it would be easier to be in a ground level unit, the stairs were hard on their feet. We will for sure book here again.

Bar is noisy

Pros: The room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the walk-in shower was great. Location is fantastic, everything is a short walk away. If you want to party this is the place! Cons: The toilet had a lid that was too small for the bowl and slid around. The ac was not installed in the window and the first night was very warm. With all the rain that we had the walls leaked and water was on the floor. The water got suitcases, clothes and cords wet. We had ants as well. There is now a rooftop bar that was not stated in the info. Bar patrons walk on the balcony and next to the rooms, so your privacy is very limited. The bar is open and very loud and people coming and going are very noisy well into the early morning. Drunk people in the bar were also yelling inappropriate things and catcalling, so it’s not a family friendly place. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway I do not recommend this place.

This is the second time we have stayed and it both times were amazing. We love the space the ease of check in and the location. So easy to get to the Lava pools and just a. Short drive to Pocatello.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location to be able to park your car and not move it until you leave to go home. The pools were across the street, a restaurant right in front of the building, and ice cream just down the way. The outdoor storage was prefect! A lot of partying in the other units but nothing too disruptive. My entire family remarked at how comfy the beds were. And the view was not bad at all. Pretty good for people watching. I would definitely come back

Best part they had shampoo and conditioner:) not in a tiny bottle..

One complaint is where the tv and mirror are located kinda hard to get ready Where the mirror is other than that it was great! Beds were comfy!

Clean nice location! Needs TV service!

Property was great! Be careful when booking alot of hidden fees! My $300 stay went to $600 because of fees cleaning damage fee even if there is no damage! Booking fees by everybody that has a hand in the booking .

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay. The patio was a little dirty and my kids tracked stuff off the patio and into the studio. It would have been nice to have a broom! Other then that it was great place to stay! The studio was clean and comfortable. Loved having a full size fridge. Cody was very helpful when we contacted him.

Awesome Studio in Lava

Brand new, very clean, nicely finished studio. Most of the accommodations in Lava are older and a bit rustic, so Cody’s place was a nice change of pace. My only suggestions would be some sort of shelving unit near the fridge, a hanging rod for clothing next to the t.v. and some spare towels and trash bags. The beds were comfortable and the place stayed plenty warm during our stay. Within walking distance to everything. The fact that they are pet-friendly was definitely a plus for us. Cody was very cordial and super-responsive to questions about the property and amenities. Would stay there again.
