The location is brilliant about 1 minute walk to beach. The main shops about 10 mins if that as we were strolling. It has nice views at the back overlooking creek and farmland. Perfect spot to read,write or paint if not windy. A weekend is not enough time to enjoy this property.

Great view

We really enjoyed the location, the view and privacy of the property. However, we expected more value for the money we paid. Pluses: - beautiful view from the living room and 2 of the bedrooms over a creek and a lovely valley. Sitting on the decking and getting lost in the landscape, was just magic. - the bedrooms are large and the beds were comfortable - the living room was pleasant to sit in - A/C was ok, the electric blankets in the bedrooms were a pleasant surprise Minuses: - lack of basic ammenities like body wash, shampoo in the bathrooms - very hard to set the right temperature for the shower - annoying that we had to bring with us towels, bed linen, etc. - the bbq was dirty, no way we'd use it. - the communication with the real estate office managing the property: I received at least 10 emails, with multiple requests of proof of ID and confirmation of age, then pre-arrival, post-departure instructions, online check in, etc.etc. Simply too much. - the checkout time 10am is way too early, especially when you're asking the guests to put all rubbish in the outside bins, wash all dishes and empty the dishwasher, make the beds and draw all blinds.

Beautiful house in a great location. House was mostly clean - BBQ was quite dirty upon arrival. The number of beds provided was misleading though. The two single beds stated in the description are actually roll out beds, which is fine but this information should be provided prior to booking. Overall, good house with amazing location.

Great location

Pictures on web page probably don't do the location justice. Close to the Beach and walking distance to the Shopping precinct. Ability to sit outside on a well structured deck of different levels under tree protection and look at dozens of Kangaroos moving about in paddocks the just over the small river right at the back of the house was amazing. We had four nights and would recommend this property.

Normanville Stay

The house was very nice and the three bedrooms with comfy beds nice sized. kitchen, lounge & dining very nice. There were minor cleaning issues & maintenance requiring actions. Dirty shower exhaust fans, damaged power points, towel rails loose, cracked handbasin and a dirty BBQ all easily fixed would make this a 5 star property

Another great stay!

Our 2nd time back. We love the location, easy stroll to beach and cafe, peaceful rural outlook with kangaroos, cows and a big variety of birds in the trees. We will be back for a 3rd time.

Very easy process of renting with help from Ray White @ Normanville. Clean house with plenty of room for our friends and family. Well stocked with all that is required for a short stay, very close to the beach and beautifully blended with the surrounding environment. Was great to see the Kangaroos and Cows across the Bungala river everyday, plenty of bird life too. Will be definitely going back. 4-5 ⭐️

Wonderful Location

I would definitely stay here again!! The rooms were big and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and the outside decking area was wonderful. It was an easy walk to the beach, pier and kiosk with the town centre also a short stroll away. The estate agent was very approachable and excellent to deal with. Our stay was definitely value for money.
