Bienvenue dans votre prochaine maison de vacances de rêve!

Magnifiquement rénové, maison moderne avec foyer, barbecue, jacuzzi extérieur, sauna infrarouge, table de jeu air hockey et bien plus encore. La maison de deux étages est une maison autonome avec une cour avant et un porche ainsi que 30 acres de terrain pour votre usage. Il y a cinq chambres à coucher, une cuisine ouverte, une salle à manger, un salon et un sauna / salle de jeux. Il est situé à 5 minutes en voiture des pistes de ski d'origine de Hunter Mountain et à 10 minutes à pied des toutes nouvelles pistes de ski de Hunter Mountain.

La maison comprend le wifi, la télévision par câble, un grill et le chauffage au sol dans le salon, un sauna / salle de jeux.

Les visiteurs peuvent profiter de toutes les activités offertes par Hunter Mountain toute l’année, notamment le ski, la motoneige, les festivals, la randonnée, la pêche, l’équitation et plus encore!

My friends and I had a great time for the weekend. The house was perfect for our group. Everything was clean and location was very good. We were there for hunter mountains Octoberfest which was very close.

Clean well-equipped house for large gatherings, great owner!

I recently stayed at Dmitry's place with 9 fellow mountain bikers. The house was super clean and well laid out for crowds, both indoors and outdoors. There were plenty of accommodations (dry foods, linens, laundry and dish detergent), etc. The nearby trails are also fantastic. The house is beautiful. Upscale appliances, tilework, heated floors, etc. The hot tub and sauna were also a great. I also found the owner to be a great communicator who handled any minor special request with ease. Stay here if you want a beautiful, clean, well-equipped home with an owner who's going to do all he can to make your stay wonderful and be out of your hair while you're relaxing. 5+ stars.

Great time :)

Family and I enjoyed the house very much, the photos dont do it justice! Very pretty inside, very private and close to the mountain. Hottub and sauna were awesome! The spiral staircase was a little troublesome but there are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor for the less-able. Cleaning could have been more thorough but beds and bathrooms where clean which is most important. We would stay again :)

Home not cared for...

Rented under false pretenses that everything worked and was clean... Did not and was not. No remorse at all! #1 reason I rented home was for a hot tub to soothe the bones after skiing... it was cold and filthy when we arrived and was not fixed till the evening prior to our departure! #2 I was asked two days prior (via email) to our arrival, to package our garbage up and take the trash to the local “transfer station” which the owner sent me a link to because of animals and such🤷‍♂️Though there is an additional cleaning fee that isn’t part of the rental cost*** which I would figure is adequate enough to take out the trash from a small family that stayed for 3 days #3 this is obviously a money making home for the owner that does the (bare minimum) to upkeep the home... -Dishwasher leaked bad while running -hot tub was in sleep mode I guess=cold and looked filthy with dead skin and dirt and had a handful of chlorinating tablets thrown in like that would be sufficient for cleanliness... -the gas stove has knobs that just spin which make it difficult to know when gas is stopped or filling home unlit(safety/fire hazard!) -questionable red/brown smudges on walls in dining area and bathrooms as well as cob webs and grease above kitchen cabinets showing lack of cleanliness for some time... -the sauna was seemingly the only extra in the home that worked, (though not clean) dirt smudge marks on clear door showing the lack of cleaning. #4, the traditional coffee pot has a unbelievably cracked glass bottom however we were lucky it didn’t break during our 3 days living there but again showing lack of simple maintenance! #5, the front steps are (horribly slippery), they’re made with high gloss tile which anyone should know is slick when wet or snow covered but I think the owner makes you sign a liability waiver prior to coming because of the hazards around the home. #6 the rickety spiral staircase to the upstairs bedrooms is really only conducive to agile children or younger in shape adults.... it is tight, narrow and not well built! #7, the driveway is paved at the most inconvenient area nearest the home which during a snowstorm or icy conditions is horribly dangerous if not plowed or salted. #7, BE CAREFUL of the Scalding HOT tap water in sinks and showers. Obviously not scaldproof faucets, this water could burn children. **House cost more than comparable and with owner knowing all issues had, no intent of reducing cost!

Great place

This house is beautiful and perfect for 12 people. It’s spacious and very modern. It was also 5 mins from the slopes. The host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.

Great House for Ski Trip

Great house for our group of 10 on our annual ski trip. Very close to hunter mountain. Amenities were perfect and the house was very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent a house for a trip to hunter mountain.

Great house!

Great house for a getaway with multiple friends. Comfy beds. Loved having two bathrooms downstairs and one upstairs. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans so you can cook whatever you want. Host was easy to communicate with.
