This 2nd floor apartment is nestled under oaks on a quiet cobblestone street in downtown Winter Park. There are only 3 units on the property, which helps to evoke a quiet, serene atmosphere. When you are ready to explore, Park Ave is only a block away and literally visible from your front door. Shops, bars and restaurants are within a 3 minute stroll. The famous Saturday morning Farmers Market , Rollins College and the Scenic Boat Tour are all within a fifteen minute walk. The Beaches and Theme Parks are easily accessed via the interstates.

lovely apartment in a great location!

I have stayed here several times, and I have always loved it. It is well-appointed and in a great location. The host was also very responsive, and my neighbors were delightful.

Great stay in Winter Park!

We stayed here for Parent's Weekend and it couldn't have been better. Apartment is perfectly situation just off of Park Avenue and walking distance to the school. Only wish was that they had had a coffee maker! :). Would definitely stay here again!

This property was located in a great area which we loved. We were able to enjoy many nice restaurants as well as the golf course nearby. Home was very clean and comfortable. We did miss the fact that there is no king sized bed which created an issue for us but everything else was great!!!

PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING

I just want everyone to be properly prepared for the rental. The location is excellent you walk one block to park ave where all the shopping and restaurants are located First of all when you arrive university beautiful area but the property itself is a much older 1960s building there is some issues with parking, very very tight space and limited to one spot. there is some safety issues with a retaining wall at the front of the property that's collapsing so if you have children be careful. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: excellent THE PROPERTY: very old complex dates with some safety issue at front of the property will a collapsing wall. THE UNIT: on the second floor, overall small two bedroom furnished with very outdated 1970 furniture and green color. BEDROOM:Bedding is excellent with one master with a queen bed and one d Bedroom with two single beds for kids. KITCHEN:: updated and modern with EVERY AMENITY AND COOKING UTENSILS REQUIRED😊. Well stocked!! BATHROOM: updated small well stocked with excellent hair products shampoo conditioner hairdryer and curling iron😊 LINEN AND TOWELS: well stocked. Overall I enjoyed my stay I did not use the kitchen please be aware the door on the refrigerator is very flimsy and doesn't close properly so please be cognizant of this the owner furnishes and supplies you with excellent products I was pleasantly surprised. Overall as I stated an excellent stay but very disappointed in the quality of the furniture and the appearance of the complex

Another wonderful time in Winter Park, Florida. The mid century apartment is a great place to stay. It’s in walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, parks, golf course, boat rides , and train station. We are looking forward to our next visit to WP!

Great location, comfortable stay

Very nice apartment in a great location. Stayed here for 3 months to work remotely, so really got to know the place and surrounding area. A couple of minor issues, but the owners are very responsive and took care of things quickly. Highly recommend for a visit to Winter Park.

Location, location, location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable mid-century modern apartment. The bathroom and kitchen are updated and very nice. But the best part of this apartment is the location! We walked to Park Ave for dinner most nights. We also enjoyed walking through the gorgeous neighborhood every morning.

Perfect location in Winter Park, Florida

Quaint apartment perfect for a casual couple who want to be in warm weather and enjoy walking, golf, shopping and dining. The two bedroom apartment is nestled between the WP9 hole Golf course and Park Avenue.

As Perfect as Advertised!

The detailed photos and excellent prior reviews for this property continue to be “spot on.” Our group of three adults and one youngster thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Winter Park. The apartment was perfectly clean and so well stocked with what we needed. The location a block off Park Ave. put us in easy strolling distance of shops and cafes. This property is far preferable to previous hotel stays. The reservation process was a snap; Michael was responsive and professional in every way. We can’t wait to come back to charming Winter Park!

Fashionable apartment stunning location

This is a well appointed apartment with mid century modern decor. The place was very well appointed with a full kitchen, nice towels and good linens. I stayed there for over a month and it really felt like home. It is located in great proximity to Park Ave. and walking distance to Rollins College. I loved the apartment and the beautiful neighborhood where it it located. I have already booked a stay for next year. Thanks Michael for sharing your lovely home.

Winter Park

This was our first time visiting Winter Park and we could not have asked for a better trip. It definitely started with opening the front door using a code, no keys to worry about. It was great walking into this home and finding it spotless, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and all the essentials that we would need to start our vacation. The location is excellent with it being only a block from town, a short walk to Rollin’s College and many beautiful neighborhoods to walk in. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Winter Park was fantastic and the property was perfect! The location was great as it was easy to walk to all of the shops and restaurants and the surrounding area was a beautiful place to walk around each day. I will certainly be back and will stay here again!!

Great location!

We had a great time staying at this great home. The location was close to UCF which we had to attend and also very close to the theme parks. It was also in walking distance to many great shops and resteraunts. The home itself was very clean and was well stocked with anything we could need during our stay. We hopefully will be staying again soon.

Perfection in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The mid century decor was fabulous. The home provided everything we needed during our visit and Michael was an excellent host. Check-in was easy and we loved the keyless entry. Cannot stress enough how great the location was. This was our first time in Winter Park and this home allowed us to walk everywhere. We had easy access to parks, water views, train station, restaurants, and shops. Easily a five star property

Wonderful in everyway

I was spoiled by my 5 week stay just one block off downtown winter park. I felt safe staying alone. For a week I had two guests. We each had our own sleeping quarters by using the enclosed front porch. This worked out great. I also had family stop over just to hang out. Everyone who walked in was impressed with the art work and the furniture. The linens were plentiful and nice. The kitchen was well supplied. There was lots of drawer space and two desks. The sitting areas and beds were very comfortable. The TV had many channels and good reception. The WiFi reception was also great. The owners were so accommodating and available.

We live just minutes away from the property and often on Park Ave walking Sally (Golden Lab), visiting the Farmer's Market and eating at one of the numerous restaurants. Bill and Kathy each graduated from Rollins. We love the Knowles House and surrounding area and we're confident you will too.
