It’s very quiet and the view from the pool is beautiful. Those were the positive things. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all: sheets and blankets with yellow stains, black hair everywhere, dirty windows, lipstick and other stains on the curtains. No safe in the room, no shampoo refilled. How is it possible that this is called Deluxe? It’s far from the center of Ubud, a few kilometres. You have to walk on a dangerous, curvy road, where cars and motorbikes and scooters can’t see you. The WiFi, not the most imported thing on holidays, was pretty bad... everytime you had to log in again and again... The last road, up to the hotel, is very narrow and creapy, especially when it’s dark. The breakfast is okay, but a cat was catching mice and birds and eating them in the restaurant. Not pretty hygienic. We left after one night. Never ever have experienced such a hotel before.
