The neighborhood was so quiet and close to all the great beaches. The home was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable and clean. I dropped a few pieces of clean clothing whiledoing laundry the night before our flight, and the owners took the time to leave them on our porch very early the morning of our departure! Perfect property with great owners, we will definitely stay again!

Excellent location to be close to downtown and the beaches. Clean apartment, quite area, generous towel and toilet paper supply. However, I rate 4 stars because the AC could not be turned below 74 degrees (or the unit would freeze up per the instructions).

Great spot for our needs, fully equipped, clean and quiet. The owners were friendly and helpful. They are defiantly on our list for our next visit to Florida.

Excellent property

Clean property but most importantly the neighborhood was very quiet. It was right down the street from the bay where we really enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. Loved our stay here!

Very clean and great location

We had a very nice stay at this clean, well stocked and spacious home. The bed and living room furniture were very comfortable. We enjoyed the close proximity to beaches, shops and restaurants.

Lovely property sand great owners

Absolutely lovely one bedroom unit. Had everything we needed any were just over the causeway bridge to Anna Maria. Owners were super friendly and helpful! Would stay here again!

Great location and nice accomodations.

This was a terrific choice. Close to beaches and water sports activities without the high price of being on the island. The property was neat and clean, and everything was very well organized from check in to check out.

Quick trip

Location is great just right over the bridge and on the island. There are steps to get into place so make sure you are okay with that. Would stay again.

Owners were easy to contact. Apartment was quaint, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided for our stay. Location is close to everything from beaches to restaurants to shopping. I recommend this rental.

Christmas week stay

The price is right as long as you’re willing to drive to do everything. The view out back is not good but this unit provided us with what we were looking for, a place to sleep, shower, make breakfast then hit the road each day.

Last minute get-away

This property is a little off the beaten path but it's very clean and totally worth the money to be such a short trip to the beaches. if you can't handle stairs, this isn't for you. It is a very cute, eclectic, easy place to stay. you'll feel at home as soon as you walk in.

Our stay was was perfect for a get-away for my daughter and myself.

The neighborhood was mostly older homes mixed with some mobile homes but we felt completely safe. Candy was an excellent hostess who lives in the same house so was available for any needs we had, but gave us complete privacy. The unit is very clean,cozy, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The location is perfectly situated for easy driving distance to Longboat Key, Sarasota, Anna Maria, or Bradenton. Lots of great beaches and states parks nearby also.

Comfortable and clean.

Property was clean. They were very thoughtful in what was supplied. Having the laundry room was an added bonus! We had everything we needed. Addition of a Keurig would be wonderful though.
