Villa Wayan es una nueva villa de 5 dormitorios en Seminyak, cerca de la plaza Seminyak. Esta fantástica villa abrió en septiembre de 2018 y ofrece un excelente lugar para alojarse para grupos grandes o familias.

La villa cuenta con una amplia sala de estar con vistas a la piscina, spa al aire libre para 12 personas y exuberantes jardines. Cuenta con una gran cocina, comedor y sala de estar con muchas comodidades, que incluyen una barra de refrigerador y TV de pantalla ancha.

La sala de estar de la planta baja de Villa Wayan y el área al aire libre son aptas para sillas de ruedas con muchas áreas niveladas para todos nuestros huéspedes. Una cerca de piscina temporal también se puede instalar a pedido para permitir la seguridad de nuestros huéspedes.

Estar ubicado en una calle tranquila al lado de Revolver Espresso significa que serás parte de la acción y estarás en "come la calle" en cuestión de segundos disfrutando de algunos de los mejores restaurantes que Bali tiene para ofrecer. Muchas tiendas de ropa boutique se pueden encontrar a lo largo de las calles o en el centro comercial Seminyak Village recientemente construido.

The host was excellent. Responsive when ever required. The villa was amazing. The location was perfect for us, large pool, open plan living spaces, daily house keeping..Definitely book this place when we next visit Bali. An all round excellent choice.

Honestly, I cannot fault this place or the experience we had. Vanessa, Kertut and the team couldnt have been any more accommodating. So much space, a beautiful pool and right in the middle of Seminyak. Everything is within a few minutes walk, Seminyak Square, the flea markets, warungs, and dont forget the amazing revolver cafe. We had 2 families staying and there was plenty of room. If I could give the experience 6 stars, I would. Thank you so much Kertut, you were awesome.

Perfect in every way

Great location

The villa and amenities were great. Appreciated the filtered water being restocked. Great convenient location and large enough for everyone to have their own space. Pool was large and very clean.Only improvement would be the cleaning of the bathrooms could be improved, they didn’t feel very clean. Overall would recommend.

Great location and very comfortable villa

Has everything you need, located perfectly in Seminyak. Very good facilities for our large group. Pool was brilliant. Definitely recommend. Vanessa and Ketut were easy to communicate with if needed.

Ketut, Annie and team were very friendly and welcoming. The villa is quite dated and came with some issues:- rat ran through the living area into the garden area, mice droppings in first bathroom and we had a power cut one night through the night that was rectified in the morning when we informed Ketut. There is a lack of mirrors in the bedrooms as only provided in bathrooms, making getting ready difficult ie drying hair and putting make up on (shouldn’t really have normal hairdryers in a bathroom as electric). The pool is good but again the garden areas and beds are dated. Not enough sunbeds for size of villa. Probably wouldn’t come back to Seminyak as dirty and very busy, there are nicer areas in Bali.

I am sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Villa Wayan has an open planned living area and if a rat did run through it is hardly a reflection of an issue with our villa. I think you will find there were not mouse droppings in your bedroom but from a gheko which are found everywhere in Bali. Sorry to hear you had a power cut but these happen everywhere around the world. I myself had one just last week in Australian lasting for 11.5 hours. You hairdryer and lack of mirror comment makes no sense whatsoever. People usually do their hair and makeup in bathrooms. The garden areas are traditional Bali gardens and well maintained by my staff. There are 2 sunbeds and a massive gazebo. I am not sure what you were expecting but the photos on my site are 100% authentic and recent. They show exactly what you booked.

Bali Birthdays

We celebrated 3 family Birthdays throughout our stay! The location of Villa Wayan was ideal for the young adults in our group. It was their first time to Bali and they could explore independently and loved it!! Our day tours were awesome from ATV, Nusa Penida and FINNS beach club...nothing disappointed the greater group! Revolver Cafe on the doorstep was sublime and a daily ritual for all Ketut the Villa Manager was a humble and friendly man, he was ever so polite and accommodating with our requests this holiday did not disappoint.

Family holiday

Aussie family holiday with 7 adults. The villa is as advertised and central to eat street in Seminyak with an easy walk to the beach. We spent a good deal of time lazing around the pool in the villa. Airport pick up and drop off was organised for us and communication with the owner and manager Ketut was easy. Ketut sorted any little problems or requests promptly and always with a smile and joke. The five bedrooms are as described and the villa is great for larger families or groups of friends.

Tucked away from all the action of Seminyak, and yet it's also 30second walk to the middle of all the many, MANY, shops and restaurants 5mins walk from beach with good waves for body boarding Food superb at absolutely every place we went to. And we enjoy nice, varied food. Ketut, manager, and his team helped with everything needed: transport, cleaning, laundry (including our clothes), etc.

From the moment we were collected from the airport everything was great. The Villa was clean, sunny and the team were great. We had a huge stoen and the pool got really dirty. I called sunny and within 5 minutes somebody was there to clean the pool. The only down side for a family with kids there is no TV in the lounge.

We had the best 5 star treatment, starting from the wonderful drivers who picked us up from the airport, to the greeting on arrival at the villa by the lovely manager Ketut and the excellent breakfast cooked by the beautiful Sunny, which couldn't have been easy, as there were 7 of us. Ketut was a gorgeous man with the best sense of humour. He was quick to address any problems that arose and also collected, then delivered our laundry. The best family holiday ever.

Fantastic villa in an amazing location!

My friends and I had an amazing time at Villa Wayan. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing time, Vanessa and her the staff ate very useful and friendly. Vanessa also provided many tips and suggestions and she always responded back in a very short timeframe. The location, at the centre of Seminyak is very convenient and the villa is very quiet. Perfect stay - I wish I could go back next weekend!

When we opened the courtyard door it was like walking into a slice of heaven! The villa was beautiful, well maintained and beautifully furnished. We were a party of 10 and the villa had plenty of space to accomate us all. Vanessa answered any queries promptly and sunny and yati maintained a high standard of cleanliness
