So relaxing

We had a great time just sitting on the deck and relaxing. There are lots of great restaurants a few minutes away. And the neighborhood is perfect for walking the dog.

Awesome place!

We had the best time! It was perfect for my family of 4. Even though the houses are close together the neighborhood was still very quiet and private. We loved watching the boats come in and out of the canal. 5 stars from us!!

Great waterfront cottage

Winter escape

We had a lovely relaxing time. The house is adorable and the setting is beautiful. The hosts paid attention to details to make us comfortable. They were easy to communicate with. We will stay here again.

Had the best time.

Super cute place. It was perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed plus more. We brought our boat so the location was perfect. Great suggestions from owner for food and things to do. We even found some local favorites of our own. Very peaceful and a lot of fun. We already have friends looking forward to renting.

We loved our vacation

We had such a great vacation. The house is perfect. So amazing to have a pool house on the water for the week. Great location as well. We went to weeki wachee, several local restaurants and drove out to homosassa for the wildlife center and a couple of great spots out there. Our dogs loved the yard and watching the ducks and boats. Thank you for a wonderful vacation...we wish definitely be back!

Great Place

Everything was great had all we needed staying on the canal was really took our kayaks we would kayak out to the ocean and in the mangroves it was awesome. The only I would say is there is about 5 boards on the deck that need to be hammered down someone will trip. We really enjoyed staying there. Thank you so much

Perfect Spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this waterfront & pool house. Location couldn't be beat as we got to enjoy the comings/goings of the main canal and see wildlife right up close. We were also within walking distance of my sister's so that to us was perfect! We are a small family, so this 2-bd, 1-bath home worked very well for us. The pool was a treat to use after long days being out and about. Totally recommend and would happily stay here again. Thank you!!

Fun times at a great place

Another year at this nice cottage on the canal. Our Grandkids and Us enjoy crabbing and fishing at the brand new floating dock. And being able to bring our boat is a plus. The hosts are very helpful with any questions and needs, We appreciate them keeping up with repairs and improvements. Once again we had a fun and relaxing vacation.

Relaxing cottage

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this cottage. The cottage was well stocked with everything you could need. The fenced yard was perfect for our fur babies. It was very relaxing sitting on the deck and watching the boats go by. The neighborhood was great for walking. There was plenty of local activities, kayaking, airboat rides, hiking and a botanical garden.

Canal living at its best

Wonderful stay at this well-appointed, clean & cozy cottage. All the conveniences of home. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, living room recliner and modern decor throughout. Enjoyed the canal location & watching the boats and birds. Beautiful deck area/pool great for relaxing, sunsets and star gazing. Communication with hosts was easy and they were always prompt with responses. Thank you!! Would definitely return!

Loved it!

Wow! The property was great! Felt like we were staying in a new home. The decor was tastefully tropical, so many extra convenient touches. Extra hooks and shelves for our belongings. Nice closet and dresser for clothes and even suitcase racks, which as travelers, we so much appreciate. Kitchen was well stocked, washer and dryer very nice and the heaters kept us comfortable in the cold temps. The deck was enjoyable for watching boats go by and the pool looked inviting, but due to the cold snap we didn’t get to use it. We did bring our own kayaks and were able to kayak the canals and out to the open water for sunset. Stores and restaurants are close and convenient and accessible without battling heavy traffic, yet the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. We enjoyed visiting many nearby parks. Linda Peterson Park, Jenkins creek, and Bayport all had good fishing spots and kayak launches. We also visited Homasassa Springs state park that had lots of manatee and wildlife viewing areas. Hope to return in warmer weather someday. Thank you for sharing this gem with us!

Great location. Unfortunately the place has no central heating, but is supplemented by two space heaters, along with a small electric fireplace. Two of our six nights were extremely cold. Also both bedrooms would benefit from bedside reading lamp . I would recommend this place if one stays during temperate weather.

We had a wonderful time in this cute little house. It was exactly what we needed to escape the ice and snow. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. We loved relaxing on the deck while watching the boats pass by. The pool was so nice especially when floating with a fruity beverage. The hosts filled the home making us feel welcome 💕

Christopher, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home! Your home is in well-kept condition, including the interior and exterior along with a manicured landscape. The home is cozy, comfortable, exceptionally clean and it is clearly well maintained. Your pride in the home is evident throughout the property. The overall “close to the Gulf” and Flats water setting is terrific, the large deck, the furniture, the immaculate pool and the boat dock and lift were ideal and well used. Yes, well said by Charlie above. Now it is my turn. The place was absolutely immaculate and your decorating was lovely. I must add that I am a complete neat freak and very discerning in handing out such high marks! We give your place a TEN (10)! We so enjoyed our stay, and, in the future, I hope you allow us back. Very nice House!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, Nice deck and pool which was very clean. So relaxing by the water !! Nice TV s The one in the bedroom had a Roku stick 👍 and the tv in the living room had a beautiful picture!!
