The Space:
On the top level of this comfortable home, you'll find the spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The room opens to front and rear sun decks, perfect for barbecues or just relaxing in the outdoors. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and access to the front sun deck. Views Views Views!!

The entry level has a second living area with kitchenette, microwave & fridge which adjoins the third deck. The additional two bedrooms - one queen bed & two single beds are serviced by a second bathroom & laundry. Both living areas have televisions. Off-street parking.

Guest Access:
Off street guest parking for your car & boat is provided in the driveway/front yard . The entire house is available to guests with the exception of a locked off supply storage cupboard.

For your arrival, we would be happy to meet you at the property (business hours Monday-Friday & Saturdays until 3pm) or simply leave keys available for you in the lock box located at the property.

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁; A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Kirkham Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀; Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the start will receive a 50% refund. The booking fee is not refundable. Upon cancellation, if within the cancellation policy’s time frame, if the guest has paid for their booking via card, the guest will receive their set refund minus card payment processing fees.

𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀; must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children.  

A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.

Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at Kirkham. The property is non smoking internally.
