Whether you’re planning a quiet weekend away or an extended stay, Blue Hills is the perfect base to explore the laid-back lifestyle of Tuross Head. Enjoy coastal walks, scenic drives, and wide-open beaches where you can often have the sand all to yourself. One small house trained pet is welcome to join you on holiday.



The Space:

You will feel instantly at home in this charming cottage located in beautiful Old Tuross. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, plus a BBQ for relaxed outdoor cooking. The living area offers a TV, Blu-ray player (with a small film collection), books, and a bluetooth sound system with CDs — perfect for a cosy night in. Complimentary WiFi.



The bedroom features a queen bed freshly made up for your arrival. Linen for the sofa bed can be provided on request (additional fee applies). Step outside to the sunny deck, ideal for morning coffee or an afternoon drink while enjoying the peaceful garden setting. A single carport sits within the fully fenced grounds.

We are happy to meet you on arrival at the property or a self-check-in option is available.



The Neighborhood:

Blue Hills is ideally placed for you to enjoy the many attractions that Tuross has to offer. Take a short stroll to the Boatshed café for a leisurely breakfast or join the scenic coastal pathway and head to the beach. The boat ramp is close by and One Tree Beach located at the southern end of Tuross Boulevard is patrolled over the summer season. Tuross Head shops offer a good range of amenities including an IGA, petrol station, pharmacy, hardware store, butcher and cafes. If you don’t feel like cooking, try a meal at a local restaurant, pop-up food van or club.

Whether you’re into fishing, paddleboarding, golf, or simply enjoying a good book by the sea, you’ll find everything you need.



Getting Around:

Enjoy easy access to local amenities with pathways perfect for walking and cycling to beaches and village shops. Ideal for strolls with your furry friend!

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗱. 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀;

• 51% of total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation. This, along with the completion of your guest registration confirms your booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check in.

• Where the date of arrival is within 30 days the total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation.

• Where payment is declined on 3 occasions the booking will be cancelled.



𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁; - A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Blue Hills. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the morning of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.



𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀; Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you would like to bring a pet. A fee of $55 is payable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet - bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom.



𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀; If booked via a third-party booking website the cancellation policy of the third party website will apply without exception. Please ensure you understand the cancellation policy that applies to your booking. Upon cancellation, if within the cancellation policy’s time frame, if the guest has paid for their booking via credit card, the guest will receive their set refund minus payment processing fees. The booking fee of $55 is non-refundable.



𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀; must not exceed the number of guests stated at the time of booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 3 persons including adults, children & infants. Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at Blue Hills. The property is non smoking internally.



A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
