It is a wholesome and cozy home for you and your companion, just a walk away from restaurants, convenience stores, banks, etc and the famous chill nights out, Tomas Morato!
You will have the utmost privacy, serenity and homey feeling away from it all. It is a sanctuary of relaxation or total rest for rejuvenation. The feeling of being in the midst of fresh tropical environment, away from the city situated in the middle of the city. Ironic isn’t it? You’ve got to try it to believe it!
This place is totally brand new, everything inside this inviting unit are newly bought specially designed for guests of all ages.
For the millenials and post-millenials...a special treat for you... a very stable and reliable Fiber Optic connection with Netflix and unlimited data cap.
Relax, stretch your back, sit and sip your cold refreshing drinks in the lobby, overlooking the clear and blue waters of the amenity pools for adults and kids (with a separate fee). Refresh your eyes with all the tropical trees and plants and other greens surrounding the boundaries of the leisure area. There is also a 24-hour on-site security to keep the place safe.
The condominium is situated in front of the barangay hall in Quezon City. Filipino,American,Japanese, Korean and Chinese restaurants are just around the corner. Banks with ATMs are located around the area. Dr. Jesus Delgado Hospital and St. Luke s Medical Center are also 5 to 10 minutes away from the condo. Convenience stores (7-eleven, Korean stores) are just in the next block.You can also shop your groceries along Timog Ave or shop at FisherMall along Quezon Ave. You can walk your way to Tomas Morato, the party place, in 5 minutes.
